App doesn’t work on IOS (ipad pro). Cant login, won’t accept password change request, doesn’t appear on App Store. What’s wrong?
I’ve used this app no problem in the past. I have an old iPad working on iOS 12.9 is there an older version of purple player? Maybe it updated then stopped working?

It's not loading after proceed payment. Having problems in placing order
It won't start up....I just get the purple screen and the intro icons with two of Steve Kaufmanns bluegrass programs I use for practice. I click on them....just purple blank screen. Tried rebooting...same thing. I am using a PC laptop. .
