- Doesn't specify which filter is holding back settings

- Not everything is manageable from the app

- Limiter doesn't give enough warning and counts everything as time

- Adding time can be annoying and doesn't start from the end of the current session.

When I block time on the Xbox from the app, my son is still able to play. How do I get the restrictions part to work?

To resolve Xbox Family Settings network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Xbox Family Settings App
1. On android, goto Settings » Xbox Family Settings » click [Force Stop]

Clear Xbox Family Settings App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Xbox Family Settings » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Xbox Family Settings.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Xbox Family Settings » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Xbox Family Settings » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Xbox Family Settings
