Follow these steps to resolve intermittent MyAdvent app issues:

Force Stop the MyAdvent App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MyAdvent app. » click "Force Stop".

Update MyAdvent to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MyAdvent App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "MyAdvent app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch MyAdvent.

Fix MyAdvent unable to contact server/ MyAdvent internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click MyAdvent » "Force Stop".
