I bought the robot vacuum S31 about a year ago it already stopped working and I spent almost $500 on it and already stopped working, kyvol does not stand by there product all I want is for them to fix it ,I think after spending that much money it would last longer than a year. Not happy with kyvol

v20 kyvol lid is loose
Right brush does not operate properly about 20%. Of time will rotate, model e-31 purchased thru Amazon is 4 weeks old problem started on 2nd use, not shuts unit off & must be reset about every 2 minutes. Can I purchase & replace right brush motor?
Have tried repeatedly emailing, and messaging this company for three weeks now! Buyer Beware! Next step is the bbb..

Kyvol E30 sets out to clean every morning at 1am despite the app and remote to start at 7pm. It will auto start at both times. 1am is not scheduled on either app or remote . Thanks. Darin

Please allow for the S31 to empty its dirt bin with a permanent button, even if it is charging. There are some times where I want to just empty the dirt bin while it’s charging and then I’d have to start a session just to end it because I don’t want it to empty every single time. This could be added as a button on the dirt collection page. Also I think the 10 virtual walls limit is obnoxious, there have been times where I’ve been wanting to add one or two more smaller walls for fine tuning and I wouldn’t be able to do that. I can have 10 small walls and reach the limit versus 10 big ones.

This app is complete garbage. I basically have to close it after starting any sort of cleaning and reopen it to see progress. I am 100% unable to swap maps after the last update. I tried clearing the stored maps and remapping my house and ended up having to run a full deep clean sensing both times to save one map. It constantly does not respond to inputs. It is located about 10ft away from my router with a clear signal so it isn’t that. Hopefully they support the app more than they have in the future

I have had my robot for 8 months. Was great at the beginning but every day I am constantly having to find the robot as it’s with has a front brush issue or something else that makes it go offline. I used to be able to get into the app and find my robot but now it gives a offline notice with confirm but all its does it’s keeps popping up with a black screen. I can even get into the app unless the robot is working properly. Not impressed with this last app update at all. I’m so tired of spending a half hour every day looking for the robot. The remote does absolutely nothing to find the robot either
