First off, I love my little robotic vacuum. It has all the functions that I want, plus it is very easy to control it by voice commands with Alexa. I love to amaze my online students by demonstrating those kinds of functions, especially when I tell it to return home and watch it slowly figure out a path home to the docking station. When I use Kyvol primarily for is seeing what areas of the house have and have not been cleaned yet. There is “memory mapping” and learning that happens from repeated sessions. One way that I use this as I figure out where the vacuum is getting stuck or having difficulty leaving. It helps me figure out where I should put down the magnetic tape to limit their movement or rearrange my furniture to make it easier for it to navigate. You can also do scheduling and voice commands through Kyvol itself. I’m a total home assistant/smart home junkie and this is a great toy to add on!

The most important purpose of having an App is simply to be able to set the cleaning schedule remotely with an easy to use interface. I found out Kyvol does more than that. You can choose the language you prefer. You can activate voice control either with Alexa and Google. It would be better that they add Siri as 3rd option. It shows remaining power and cleaning time which is good features. The ability to choose right suction power is even better for energy saving when you don’t need extensive cleaning and for best cleaning result when you have a messy floor. Overall, it just what I need!

Compared to other apps I’ve used to control various smart home products, the this app app by far has the best design between ease of access and aesthetic value. It is a very straightforward process to link your device to Kyvol and then you have portable control wherever you go. For anyone having an issue signing up because the keyboard won’t go away after typing a password, simply click elsewhere on the screen in one of the other tabs and then the button to finish making your account will reappear.

I have had my robot for 8 months. Was great at the beginning but every day I am constantly having to find the robot as it’s with has a front brush issue or something else that makes it go offline. I used to be able to get into Kyvol and find my robot but now it gives a offline notice with confirm but all its does it’s keeps popping up with a black screen. I can even get into Kyvol unless the robot is working properly. Not impressed with this last app update at all. I’m so tired of spending a half hour every day looking for the robot. The remote does absolutely nothing to find the robot either

It is a good features to have an app to remote control this E31. The setup is pretty straight forward, just beware to use 2.4GHz wifi network to connect to Kyvol. I like Kyvol have everything I needed, included live map, set up schedules for time and day, support 10 languages, suction power control, edge clean, spot clean, cleaning records, battery status, cleaning time, & approximately size of cleaning area. Mainly I use Kyvol instead of the real remote control, bc I can use Kyvol to turn on this E31 even I am not at home, loving it!!!

This is a good app compared to many other robot vacuums. I like that it gives a notification every time it needs something (charge, change filter, etc) and when the robot is stuck. The control pad on Kyvol allows you to “back up” the robot, which almost always fixes the robot when it is stuck. This sounds small, but we have a Deebot and it constantly gets stuck. Being able to control the this app’s direction is a life saver. Great vacuum and accompanying app!

Why did you change the battery percentage to the little green bar in the newest update without giving us a choice what we want? Not very user friendly as another reviewer pointed out. Give us the option to choose what we want or go back to the old version of actually letting us know how much battery percentage we have left, not a guesstimate. Terrible “add on”. Only had vac for a month and everytime I start, the battery instantly goes to 80% so I’m guessing I got a dud. Not very impressed with this app. Should have went with my instinct and got Eufy instead

Please allow for the S31 to empty its dirt bin with a permanent button, even if it is charging. There are some times where I want to just empty the dirt bin while it’s charging and then I’d have to start a session just to end it because I don’t want it to empty every single time. This could be added as a button on the dirt collection page. Also I think the 10 virtual walls limit is obnoxious, there have been times where I’ve been wanting to add one or two more smaller walls for fine tuning and I wouldn’t be able to do that. I can have 10 small walls and reach the limit versus 10 big ones.

Not only is the Vacuum an awesome piece of equipment but Kyvol is awesome also. I use Kyvol to start my cleaning from work. It’s flawless. If I want corners cleaned I use Kyvol . With Kyvol you can see if your unit is in trouble and can find your vacuum using Kyvol . What more could you ask for. Away from home, no problem, can’t find the remote, no problem. Kyvol does it all from your phone. A+ addition to an A+ product.

I first used the remote control to work my vacuum but now with Kyvol I don’t have to. I set my app to start vacuuming usually when I’m not home and when I return everything is vacuumed. I just set and forget. The robo vacuum really has made my life easier than before and now with Kyvol it is even easier. Kyvol is easy to use and I am so happy to have it. It is a great add on to an already amazing product.

I am so happy with my new this app. It is much better than the 9 S plus Roomba which I had ti returned 3 times.

About my S31 is super great. It does what is supposed to do abs it does it very well. I even got a new humidifier for free for filling up a survey. I can tell you enough how happy this robot this app makes me. Finally I have a helper and true helper as I can do other things. Likes very much that you can see the advance. It deserve 5 stars but I will give it 4 because there is one thing I would like to see from it.

I would like to be able to have more convenient “area” to stretch it as desire without being only a square. Sometimes I would like to do certain area that it is not square. Hope to see that soon.

Not a fan of having the little green battery on the “remaining battery” section. Give me the percentage back. Much more informative for the user that way. Or at least give the user the option to choose which they would prefer. Would give 5stars if not for this.

The this app app is very simple, but for the price range it is functional and does the essentials. All in all I’m very pleased with it is very easy to use and it “ just works.” Well that would be nice to have all the crazy Mac daddy features, this is a very affordable robot, so I’m very pleased with the features included already. Don’t get me wrong, new features always welcome. ☺️

Kyvol is complete garbage. I basically have to close it after starting any sort of cleaning and reopen it to see progress. I am 100% unable to swap maps after the last update. I tried clearing the stored maps and remapping my house and ended up having to run a full deep clean sensing both times to save one map. It constantly does not respond to inputs. It is located about 10ft away from my router with a clear signal so it isn’t that. Hopefully they support Kyvol more than they have in the future

Kyvol makes setting up and using the vacuum pretty easy. I have two this app vacuums and can schedule/control both of them through Kyvol . I like how I can use it to start the vacuum when I want to ahead of the usual schedule. I also like having the ability to send the vacuum back to its base early.

Kyvol works wonderfully with integration for my this app E30 vacuum. I really enjoy the mapping feature so I can tell where my vacuum has covered, even when I’m not home! I find the directional feature to be much more useful within Kyvol than the physical remote, so it’s nice to have everything you need in one place!

East to connect!! I remember been so frustrated trying to connect my Roomba
Strong connection so I can actually control it from my phone. I would lose connection so much with my roomba I would have to constantly reconnect but this app connects each time I open Kyvol with no issue and it's so easy to navigate. PERFECT APP PERFECT ROBOT
So happy with my purchase!

I have had mine for two years and love it. It is a lot quieter than the iRobot I have at my summer home. I haven’t had any issues with this product; whereas, I have had several issues with the I Robot. Does a great job on my 1300 sq ft of flooring without battery needing a recharge.
I highly recommend this product.

Kyvol works fine for the air fryer but I wish it had the option to create and save your own recipes. This feature is available with other air fryer brands and I hope it’s added to Kyvol soon!

There’s also a glitch that makes my device appear to be ‘offline’ even though it’s connect to WiFi. Please fix.

I have limited expectations from apps that control vacuums, and as long as they do all that I need, they get a 5 star. this app’s app is stable and has never had any issues connecting to my robovac. No stability issues and does everything that I need.

It is way easier to control the robot from Kyvol than it is to control it using then included controller. You can even set schedules for it. I usually schedule it while I'm at work, so I come home to a clean floor 100% of the time. Just identify what obstacles the vacuum has problems with (like very thick carpets and knock-able objects) before leaving, and it will be fine.

Wish you had the capability of creating boundaries on here without using magnetic strips for rooms you don’t want the vacuum to go into. Also this may not be an app issue but the vacuum has a hard time finding its home.

Easy to use. Able to adjust water volume with mopping feature.

No problem with Kyvol . The robot really does a great job. After pressing the function that you need on Kyvol the robot responds very quickly.

Kyvol is not accessible to the blind. When creating an account with Kyvol the keyboard prevents you from submitting final information

Cannot retract keyboard to “enter” any info when creating account
