I loaded the MGH app when it was free. I updated it when it went with AHA ACLS. When I go to the V-Fib/PVTach screenI cannot reset it back to the main screen. My subscription is good until October 28. What should I do? Jeffrey Gaver, MD, FACEP

How to fix AHA ACLS app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the AHA ACLS app on iPhone
Update AHA ACLS app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall AHA ACLS iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix AHA ACLS on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve AHA ACLS network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

AHA ACLS Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix AHA ACLS not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the AHA ACLS App
1. On android, goto Settings » AHA ACLS » click [Force Stop]

Update AHA ACLS to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear AHA ACLS App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » AHA ACLS » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart AHA ACLS.

Fix AHA ACLS unable to contact server/ AHA ACLS internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click AHA ACLS » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto AHA ACLS » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch AHA ACLS
