I really like the simplicity of AHAACLS. It’s really all you need while running a code, but... as an RN running a code I have to go back and document everything that happened by the minute. Med admin time, pulse check time, ROSC time, etc. If there was access to the breakdown/timeline of the code after the fact, then AHAACLS would be perfect! As it is, I still have to write down times if I’m not in the medical record at the same time. A ‘stop’ function would be very helpful too instead of just a reset button, for the sake of recording after the code. But if you’re just running the code and not simultaneously the person documenting, then AHAACLS is perfect. Great work!

Great app however the only downside is that my it doesn’t keep a log of the code. This feature should ideally be implemented

The MGH ACLS app perfectly streamlines the process of accessing and implementing ACLS guidelines while standing at the bedside of an unstable patient. Additionally, the Cardiac Arrest timers, counters, and layout have simplified the process of directing a code. AHAACLS is exactly what I have wanted over the past several years of residency!!

Easy access to clear presentations of AHA ACLS algorithms! This is a great digital health tool that can help improve the efficiency and effectiveness and running codes and managing arrhythmias. Perfect complement for teaching residents and medical students on the internal medicine unit- a must have!

We think it’s the best solution on the market with all the ACLS info you’ll need to make the right decision (algorithms, drugs, doses) and timers built in to ensure you’re on track - the timers turn red at the algorithm-indicated time points, gently nudging you to take the next steps. Superb App! As a practicing cardiologist I found it thoughtful, thorough, vetted, and easy to use. The information presented covers algorithms to drug doses in a modular way that is easy to follow and absorb. Such a well designed app for ACLS is overdue.

Correctly running a code is one of the most high stress, important things we do in the hospital. AHAACLS not only lets you access all of the ACLS algorithms on the fly but also has tools built in to facilitate its correct use. A must have for anyone taking care of patients.
