Shane’s has been a part of our family’s favorite restaurant for years. Always happy faces, greetings and acknowledgments. Nit to mention the food is EXCELLENT!
Your place is always very clean and well kept. We like the service where your counter waitresses come out to check on you and to see if there is anything you need. If we say yes there is - it is prompt service to satisfy our request. Prices are very reasonable. We love taking our family and friends to your location - always a great experience.
Way to go Shane’s!! ♥️

Reychaud at Holly Springs Shane’s was awesome. I accidentally went to the wrong Shane’s after placing my order and he was so kind to say that they could make it at his store for me. I appreciate that so much because his store is so close to my home. His customer service is amazing ( 5 star!) and he did everything he could to get my order out in the fastest time he could. .I so appreciate that very much. Thank you to Reychaud for the great experience there and will go back again and again.

My visit with my family could be pleasant if the girl on the cashier was more polite to me, or at least great me. I was deciding with my kids and she looked impatient . She didn’t even try to help out. Not even a smile. Brianna says the ticket. I hope is not because I’m Hispanic, because I will feel aggravated. Thanks

I had zero problems with ShanesRibShack until I got a new phone and had to transfer everything from my old one to my new one. Now, there is no way to log in to my Shane’s account on ShanesRibShack with my new phone. There is only an apt ion to set up a new account or “transfer” from another account. I already have an account with points accumulated. When I try the mysterious “transfer” option in ShanesRibShack , it tells me that there is already an account registered with my email address. Well, duh. Soooo, how am I supposed to set up ShanesRibShack on my new phone?

This used to be a delightful place to eat but not so much any more. I don’t know if they don’t have enough help or untrained help. Also the floor really needs cleaning, no matter where you walk you stick to it. And where you get your condiments is sticky and needs cleaning also. This is not the normal but I don’t see the usual personnel there any more. Please bring them back or train the new staff. If I had more time I’d tell you what the cashier did that was very insanitary.

Service is always fast and with a smile. Linda is the greatest! Great value, I’ve been a customer for years. I don’t like the ordering system asking for tips, which are not appropriate in a pick-up or non-server situation. It’s a trend that makes me visit less. That “request” feels compulsory.

Service and food was great today! Haven’t been in a while due to poor service and food not being as good. Definitely on the right track today!

I’ve enjoyed Shane’s BBQ for years. I’m a retired Paramedic with Redmond EMS and Redmond Regional Medical Center would cater a meal for Emergency Services. Now since I’m retired and older, my wife and I have mobility issues. Today we ordered Shane’s and bought it CURBSIDE. Thanks Shane’s, we sure did enjoyed our meal.

Every time we visit, our experience is always good! Christian is always very helpful and even today we had another clerk help too but the experience and the food is Always good!!!

Love Shane’s food and prefer the ease of ordering through ShanesRibShack . Please add the ability to order extra bread and to customize your bread option - I love mine toasted with the garlic salt and butter, but there’s no way to specify that in ShanesRibShack .

First time ever I had ribs that were dry, I’ve always had fall off the bone that’s why I get them.
Been coming here for years, I thought maybe because it was earlier in the day, lunchtime, maybe they didn’t get tender. I will definately try them again at a later date. Maybe just a tough piece a meat and not the cooks fault.

We love Shane’s Rib Shack, run by Ed, at Holly Springs, GA! We get a lot of delicious food at a reasonable price. We don’t think of getting BBQ anywhere else, because our taste for BBQ is set on Shane’s. We like to go after a workday, enjoy our food and relax awhile.

It’s fine for ordering in the store but the time given in ShanesRibShack for pickup versus actual time is ridiculous. Said time to pickup would be 5:46 pm and so I arrived a few minutes later, called in and the order wasn’t ready and it would be another 5-10 mins. Still waiting by the way

It’s always a win win when I go to Shane’s, the staff is always friendly and the food is always delicious

But only after waiting 30 minutes we had to redo my order at the counter!
Guess I’ll just phone order in from now on on!

The ladies working at this location are very friendly.

The food is always good but the Ellijay Ga location needs new booth cushions. They are cracked and worn, no padding left. Makes the place look run down.
