I had zero problems with this app until I got a new phone and had to transfer everything from my old one to my new one. Now, there is no way to log in to my Shane’s account on the app with my new phone. There is only an apt ion to set up a new account or “transfer” from another account. I already have an account with points accumulated. When I try the mysterious “transfer” option in the app, it tells me that there is already an account registered with my email address. Well, duh. Soooo, how am I supposed to set up the app on my new phone?

It’s fine for ordering in the store but the time given in the app for pickup versus actual time is ridiculous. Said time to pickup would be 5:46 pm and so I arrived a few minutes later, called in and the order wasn’t ready and it would be another 5-10 mins. Still waiting by the way

This used to be a delightful place to eat but not so much any more. I don’t know if they don’t have enough help or untrained help. Also the floor really needs cleaning, no matter where you walk you stick to it. And where you get your condiments is sticky and needs cleaning also. This is not the normal but I don’t see the usual personnel there any more. Please bring them back or train the new staff. If I had more time I’d tell you what the cashier did that was very insanitary.
