Tawakkalna (Covid-19 KSA) Reviews

TawakkalnaCovid19KSA generally shows me as immune so on that basic level it works. But it took a couple days to update when I arrived back in country - said I was supposed to quarantine even tho I had completed both doses more than two weeks earlier and registered on Muqeem ahead of return. I never did find anyone to help me in calls to various health services, it just eventually went away. Next, it marked me immune, but the health passport in TawakkalnaCovid19KSA only lists one dose, which caused the guards at my office to refuse me entry until I dug out my actual vaccine record. Currently it says I’m immune by recovery and a single dose, even though I’ve never had covid. It’s such an important app for daily life here, it really should work correctly and offer a simple way to update errors.

TawakkalnaCovid19KSA is honestly a great achievement for the kingdom connecting almost all the government services in one place, it’s insane how much you can do here (keep track of your traffic violations, children school performance, Court services, Organ donation programs, health check, Holy lands access permission, ask for emergency help, and A LOT more, whoever made this disparately needed service (Thank you)

I’m not giving it full rating because it still needs internet connection to use it. This service should be forcing Telecommunications companies to offer free of charge service to run it on

اولا قبل شي التطبيق بكل أمانه يعتبر تقدم ثوري للمملكه حرفيا تستطيع ان تقوم بكل شي خلال هذا التطبيق من متابعة تفاصيل المخالفات المروريه الى متابعة التحصيل الدراسي للابناء والاوراق القانونيه للمحاكم حتى لو تبي مساعده بشكل طارئ تقدر تطلب لموقعك بشكل سريع. فريق العمل القائم على هذا البرنامج من اعماق قلبي (شكرا لكم)

ما راح اعطي تقييم كامل ولو انه يستاهل بسبب ان التطبيق يلزمك باتصال بالشبكه المفروض البرنامج له دعم من شركات الاتصال بشكل اجباري لضرورته بحيث انه يعمل على تسجيل الدخول زي تطبيقاتهم الرسميه بدون رسوم على المواطن او المقيم

I never had any problems with the apps, and I think that it’s amazing except for the fact that every time TawakkalnaCovid19KSA gets updated or I log back in, the settings for the “Show personal picture for women” gets reset. I think that really annoying because the setting should always be saved.

I advise that you put a button on the home page ( where you fill all of the things that are required ex: Phone number, password...etc) you can from it contact the technical support because a lot of people face problems while filling the requirements so they can have a solution to their problem. It did not change my health status to no record of infection for a while though my COVID test is negative (just a normal test there was not any symptoms of COVID before doing it), also this happened for a couple of my friends. Just for anybody who might face this issue, do not wast your time on ringing the technical support of Tawakkalna because no body knows how to solve this issue and they will say the same words “just wait until your health status turns to green color” and if that takes two weeks you will be lucky, it might take you more than a month. So to those who made TawakkalnaCovid19KSA and don’t care of people using it, solve this issue and do not only show off in TV.

bad application, actually useless it is categorized as health and fitness but work as tracking and violations record application, I had to accept it's download not because I Want or need it but because I was enforced against my free well to do so otherwise I can't even buy my basic needs leave alone enjoy myself. this application is an example of technology misuse. the application undermine the freedom of choice and invading privacy
تطبيق مخادعة، ولا يمكن فهم انه تطبيق صحي، يعتبر الالزام بالتطبيق تعطيل حركة و فرصة لإضافة مخالفات من غير اثبات ارتكابها . التطبيق في حقيقته تجميع مخالفات على الشخص دون اثبات وقوعها ودون مسؤولية على من عنده صلاحية تسجيلها و بدون اعطاء فرصة تظلم واعتراض هذا فضلا عن معاقبة من سجل المخالفة دون اثبات. اصرار التطبيق على جعل معرفة المكان في حالة دائما مريب وغير مبرر

This poor app won’t function until it grants access to bluetooth and precise GPS location, not only that, the location access setting must be set to “Always” not just “While Using TawakkalnaCovid19KSA ” which means all location data is being watched and stored 24/7 in the background. That is a serious privacy invasion and consumes the battery twice as fast! In addition, recently TawakkalnaCovid19KSA started sending spam notification about unimportant local news which is counterintuitive from an app that everyone is obliged to have and operate to live a normal life.

TawakkalnaCovid19KSA is disabled for more than 3 hours now, I tried calling but they don’t answer and at last they hang up the phone after more than 25 mins of waiting on call. They don’t even respond to their Twitter and email accounts. This is poor and unaccepted behavior, given the dependency on TawakkalnaCovid19KSA to almost go and enter anywhere. People in charge must be questioned at once, and must maintain a high level of professionalism, cooperation, and transparency, none of which have been shown. It is truly disappointing and must be dealt with immediately.

When there is a curfew it needs to show the time where movement is allowed. That information changes from city to the other and from day to day. Since the application knows the user location it would be the most accurate way for users to k ow the exact hours so they can plan their movement.

TawakkalnaCovid19KSA is working fine with me, but there is just one error that it does not switch to Arabic language and I think it should support other languages for example Hindi according to the residents and there nationalities, otherwise it’s working fine without crashes.

Customer service doesn’t respond or can’t solve their own app problems. If you leave the kingdom snd come back and have to do PCR test sometimes it doesn’t register even while dealing with MOH. Their response is to keep taking a PCR test until app turns green. Obviously TawakkalnaCovid19KSA does all the thinking as customer service does not. MOH blames app and app blames MOH. Battle calls and emails with both agencies and no one can help. Through Twitter they ask the same questions so obviously they can’t read the response 🤦🏻‍♀️

I am required to open TawakkalnaCovid19KSA at the gate at work, and was wondering if these is a possibility to have an Apple Watch app to speed up the checking process at the gate and to avoid me touching my phone since I don’t use my phone when I’m out until I wash my hands. Thank you.

I suggest moving TawakkalnaCovid19KSA permission to location is “Only While Using” because there’s is no real benefit to always having access. I will only open TawakkalnaCovid19KSA when I need to show it, otherwise I don’t use TawakkalnaCovid19KSA so it doesn’t need my location at all times. It consumes an awful lot of the battery!! My phone went from 100% to 60% in 4 hours because of it!! This is ridiculous! Kindly change the permission to “Only While Using” it makes more sense and doesn’t ruin our devices.

I’ll list the errors I faced below:

1) Registration page isn’t working. After adding in my ID and D.O.B in Hijri and Georgian, I get this specific error: ‘The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format.’ While I’m sure that the format is correct (I’m following yours) I’m pretty sure there’s a problem in the registration of the code’s input.

2) The Term’s of Use and Privacy Policy’s page isn’t showing. I understand that a lot of people just click on the agreement without reading, but it’s still necessary.

3) When I switch to Arabic, nothing changes. Every input field is still in English. I’m guessing it’s an error (?), and if not, not all natives will get to know what to fill these fields with.

Overall, I love the feel of TawakkalnaCovid19KSA ’s interface! The colors is not confusing or overwhelming! Hope to get to test it again soon!! 👍

TawakkalnaCovid19KSA is being misused by the authority and it is causing tremendous hassle to people everywhere they go. It is causing a lot of disturbance and unjust treatment. It is a shame that Apple is allowing these Apps on its platform to be used in this unjust way against its customers. I hope Apple would take down TawakkalnaCovid19KSA as it poses a violation against human rights. If Apple lets this continue to occur, I will have no choice but to boycott Apple and all its products because it is creating these annoying apps that the authorities are using to harm people.

I’m a software engineer and TawakkalnaCovid19KSA just looks helpful and amazing. Just the layout itself and easy navigation and a short period of time is just an amazing job 👏 other minor issues could be fixed easily in the upcoming days for sure. Thanks 🙏

As you know TawakkalnaCovid19KSA need allowing the location services all the time.. this is impacting our devices battery for long term. I suggest to keep it once i use TawakkalnaCovid19KSA . Meanwhile the benefits from keep it all time is very low. And from my end of view no one i know keep TawakkalnaCovid19KSA running with location always on until they need to enter some location or building. Please study it very well.

I was traveling to KSA on transit through Bahrain, when I was notified by my travel team to register on this application. I tried my best but was not able to register. It was only when I reached KSA and got a local contact number is when this application allowed my registration (even though there are options to register through non KSA numbers).

TawakkalnaCovid19KSA is overall ok. Does what is required to do, but it has serious battery consumption issue. Having to opt for always on location services drains the battery insanely fast. I think if you can change the interval in which TawakkalnaCovid19KSA checks the location it will decrease the load on the battery.

التطبيق جدا رائعة فكرته واستخدمته ايام الحظر والان بسبب التعليمات رجعت لها لكن صدمت من الحالة اللي فيها يحتاج تحديث
١- اللغة العربية لا تعمل فقط واجهة انجليزية الحمدلله لغتي اكثر من ممتازة ولا اواجه فيها مشكلة لكن الناس الثانية كيف ممكن يستخدمونه
٢- كل شوي يطلع انه الشبكة مفقودة
٣- كل اجراء يحتاج تعيده اكثر من مرة عشان يتثبت
٤- استغربت من كمية المعلومات الشخصية عني الموجودة فيه بدون اذن مني ولا تصريح يعني ايش فايدة انهم يعرفون فين ابني يدرس وباي صف؟!!!
٥- اسماء العائلة لا تظهر بالانجليزي مجرد علامات استفهام وطبعا انسى العربي

I’ve using TawakkalnaCovid19KSA during the lockdown and it’s really good one due to recent instructions from local authorities I downloaded again but I was shocked from the level of it
It’s need a lot of updates
Only English interfaces is working
Also I was surprised by the personal information they have about me and my family

In order to sign up make sure you enter the national number or Iqama number in english digits.

When I was trying to sign up an error appear showing “ User Not allowed” ! Hope you can fix this issue soon cause many people need to get permits before they go out for a necessaries or near grocery trip

TawakkalnaCovid19KSA keeps giving you an error message that the beta launch plan will allow sign ups in stages and gives no further explanation or indication on when the stage will be.

While creating an account, it keeps giving an error message: The network connection was lost!
Either you were on Wifi or cellular network!
Please fix!

It’s ridiculous when you release an app that is important for people in need of a permission without making sure that it’s actually works.

Finally, I managed to register and login yesterday.

Today I cannot login because I don't recieve OTP at all
