This is a fantastic app. The more I use it, the more treasures I find! The intuitive interface makes it easy to use. I recommend it to my colleagues and patients often. Sometimes when these types of resources are created so rapidly they can be glitchy, but not this one! THANK YOU for creating this and widely distributing it for FREE!

I love COVIDCoach. Helps me track goals for me and my family, so that I can remain focused on the present. These are HARD TIMES and COVIDCoach helps me do a little bit each day to hold on to my sanity. Thank you Dept of Veterans Affairs for bringing this into the world at a time it is so badly needed.

I am so thankful for COVIDCoach. It has gotten me through some of the scariest and worst days this year and I have recommended it to everyone I know.

As a counseling student intern, I plan on recommending COVIDCoach to all my clients. I just started using it and love how it tracks everything we would be working on during sessions.

This allows me to implement Self- Help and let me feel that I have control over myself. COVIDCoach is also beneficial for when I am traveling too!

Love COVIDCoach . Here’s an idea put a COVID screen in COVIDCoach this would allow vets and staff to screen right from COVIDCoach .

This is a terrific app for mental health tracking and strengthening during COVID and beyond. Awesome data tracking and immediate mental health help! Much of COVIDCoach is based on ACT.

As a therapist , I love COVIDCoach! The interventions are grounded in best practices and it is really easy to use :-) great for anyone going through this pandemic

My VA therapist recommended COVIDCoach soI thought I would give it a try.

I like COVIDCoach. I like the perspective shift.

Only reason why COVIDCoach doesn’t have a full 5 star review average is because of some spiteful troll who probably downloaded it just to be able to say that. But COVIDCoach is amazing and I’ll list the reasons.

1. No ads. There are no ads whatsoever. Not even tiny ads at the bottom of the screen. Absolutely none. It’s next to impossible to find an app that doesn’t have ads, especially one that’s so high-quality.

2. It’s very obvious whoever made this was dedicated and very serious about their desire to help others through the pandemic. And it’s exactly what it promises-even better than it claims, actually. There are SO MANY features!

3. It’s all free! With most apps like these, you have to pay to unlock the full experience (or at least be forced to go through the pesky free trial), but that’s not the case with this! Every feature is free and, again, with no ads.

4. You have the ability to track your symptoms. With the pandemic, plenty of people will experience significant trauma, and some may even go on to develop full-blown PTSD. COVIDCoach helps track your symptoms, not just PTSD symptoms but an anxiety scale, mood tracker, etc. and it gives you hope at the end when you get your results. There’s a chart that tracks your progress as well. These are no doubt helpful to the person’s doctor/mental health professional.

I could go on and on. I was pleasantly surprised and I’m glad I gave it a try! Thanks so much to whoever made this. COVIDCoach has certainly helped many and even saved lives.

Love the Concept of COVIDCoach …but Why isn’t it downloadable with IPhone @App Store…Am I the Only One?? Tried Several times..however, this was pretty much ‘offline with not much WiFi Capabilities if at All (@Work)?!? Not Sure if this Makes a difference?? Will be Much More manageable+User-Friendly once I can downlaod to Homescreen on IPhone…Right now COVIDCoach wont Allow when you look up in App Store…Also wasn’t Sure if this was just an IPhone issue…or the same w/Android (Google) as Well….
