I've did two PCR tests with negative results, first one upon my arrival and the second on my fifth dad but the app still white. I've tried to call ministry of health and the gave me two numbers that must be modified by you in order to turn on green light. so please waiting your call since I'm trying always to call tawaklna with no answer. 0545474579 Regards

As'salam o alaikum I'm a visitor from USA & had two dosage, we came on Jan 31st in Madinah. We registered on Muqeem.sa two dosage & our Tawakkalna app was working 1st day, but from Feb 1st the app is showing incomplete vaccine because of the implementation a mandatory booster for citizen & residents, I have seen so many visitors including me who are having hard time to enter the haram or get permit, being a visitor it doesn't apply on us so why our app is showing incomplete vaccine or ministry of hajj & umrah train the security guards to let visitors in. Being a non Arabic speaker it's really hard to contact ministry of health & reach the right person who can provide information in this regard.. I am reporting a particular issue. I came in Riyadh last Nov 2021, I am fully vaccinated from Philippines. First time I used my Tawakalna, I used my passport since I am still waiting for my iqama. Tawakkalna showed I am immune. After my iqama was released, I register it to Tawakalna, then it showed not Immune. I have already contacted MOH to verify my certificate and send to Tawakalna but no response from them. Please help.

My family arrived jeddah from Pakistan on 26Dec21, visit visa ...after completing Quarantine period 02PCR report dectect negitive,, Till today Tawakkalna status color is Purple , we called three days before on help line 937 they registerded our complaint , still there is no update no body contacted and color also is unchanged , Please need assistant to solve this issue we are facing problem for making appointments for Umra ....

Dear Sir, Good morning. I am having problem with my tawakkalna since I arrived here. I finished my all completed vaccine from Bahrain . I have taken 2 Sinopharm & 1 pfizer BioN Tech booster dose. But my tawakkalna showing only 2 doses of sinopharm vaccine. and this is the reason my tawakklana is not showing Immune. it showing only incomplete vaccination. I have been contact many times with ministry of health and tawakkalna but still no one fix my problem.

My name is RAMIL DAQUIOAG . I compleate 2 doses of vaccine already last September 05,2021. But my MEDICAL REPORT In SEHATTY is not yet updated. They input only the SECOND dose . While my first dose is not yet input in the medical report in sehatty, because I use my border number on my first dose. While my second dose I use my Iqama. Just want to transfer the record from my border number to my iqama for my medical repost in sehatty.

Taken 2 doses of COVID-19 KSA approved vaccine, but its not updated in TAWAKKALNA app, called 937 several times, raised the issued not been solved yet. Vaccination center registered my name with passport number instead of border number is the route cause of the issue. Mail send to MOH as well, but no response from them

My name is Alexandre Jorge Barroso Tenreiro and my Iqama number is 2368442485. I was in Institucional Quarantine from 26th June to 3rd July. I made 2 PCR's during the quarantine, scheduled by MOH. first one on 27th June and the last one on 1st July, as you can see attached. As I see in my Tawakalma app, I believe the dates were uploaded wrongly and I think for this reason it shows that I should do a last PCR. I ask you kindly, to rectify the dates on the system by uploading the correct dates as per PCR certificates attached. Hi is there anyone can help me? I book an appointment using my boarderline no. for my drive through for first time and got the result ok and it appears to my tawakkalna. But for my 2nd appointment i put the wrong boarderline no.So the result was not appear to my tawakkalna application, but i received the SMS saying my result is ok. So how can i correct it? Useless app

It did not change my health status to no record of infection for a while though my COVID test is negative (just a normal test there was not any symptoms of COVID before doing it), also this happened for a couple of my friends. Just for anybody who might face this issue, do not wast your time on ringing the technical support of Tawakkalna because no body knows how to solve this issue and they will say the same words “just wait until your health status turns to green color” and if that takes two weeks you will be lucky, it might take you more than a month. So to those who made this app and don’t care of people using it, solve this issue and do not only show off in TV.

bad application, actually useless it is categorized as health and fitness but work as tracking and violations record application, I had to accept it's download not because I Want or need it but because I was enforced against my free well to do so otherwise I can't even buy my basic needs leave alone enjoy myself. this application is an example of technology misuse. the application undermine the freedom of choice and invading privacy تطبيق مخادعة، ولا يمكن فهم انه تطبيق صحي، يعتبر الالزام بالتطبيق تعطيل حركة و فرصة لإضافة مخالفات من غير اثبات ارتكابها . التطبيق في حقيقته تجميع مخالفات على الشخص دون اثبات وقوعها ودون مسؤولية على من عنده صلاحية تسجيلها و بدون اعطاء فرصة تظلم واعتراض هذا فضلا عن معاقبة من سجل المخالفة دون اثبات. اصرار التطبيق على جعل معرفة المكان في حالة دائما مريب وغير مبرر

Absolute invasion of user privacy. But I’m obliged to download it!

This poor app won’t function until it grants access to bluetooth and precise GPS location, not only that, the location access setting must be set to “Always” not just “While Using the App” which means all location data is being watched and stored 24/7 in the background. That is a serious privacy invasion and consumes the battery twice as fast! In addition, recently the app started sending spam notification about unimportant local news which is counterintuitive from an app that everyone is obliged to have and operate to live a normal life.
