I have a 5th gen iPad Air with the latest ios update. I have downloaded the Facetune Video app from the Apple app store. When I try to open it, I get a message to the effect that my system is not suitable to run the app. Apart from buying a new iPad, which I am not going to do, what steps can I take to get this app to work? Kind regards, John.

The app is saying I should subscribe again and my first subscription isn’t even expired yet it expires next year April 1, 2023 but the app is I should pay again
