Viva Video has updated and causes issues with Android 13 users, I have followed on screen instructions and still doesn't work. App support has sent a link to download an old version and advised to ensure it doesn't update. I pay for premium subscription so find this extremely poor !!!

Just edited an eight minute musical video and plays back PERFECT in the VivaVideo editor. Rendered the finished video to FHD resolution then exported to facebook which now appears with the editing screen details overlaid on my original video??!! If I watch through the editing timeline it is perfect but cuts off after 5 minutes which is rather annoying as have paid my annual subscription plus monthly vip fee!!! If this can be easily rectified I would be delighted to continue with VIVAVIDEO as it offers an amazing system and excellent quality!!!

I have a premium subscription with Viva Video but all of a sudden it wont open. I go to the Apple App store and it says "GET" as if it is a new app for me (I have used it for years). I just get the logo in the middle of the screen when I try open it. Im nervous to delete it and reload it as it appears as a new purchase on the App store. I don't want to lose my premium subscription.

I was restoring my purchase but it just keep telling to pay for the purchase which I did... i tried 5X and already approved the payment but no avail to export my video. How can I restore my purchase? 😔😔😔🤔🤔🤔

Downloaded the vivavideo app on my Samsung S22 ultra. Became vip member to export my friends wedding video. Every time I get half wY through it closes on itself. Lost 2 videos and days worth of hours. Help desk keep asking me to do things I've already done to fix the issue. Now there saying it's my phones memory. It has over 70% free storage even with this 40 minute plus video that I'm on my third attempt at. Definitely canceling this subscription. Terrible app worse customer service
