Get Pricing Info for EnvelI cannot access my account because I had to change my phone number. It's been 3 days now. I can't chat with anyone on their chat. A person emailed me a day ago and I still haven't heard anything back. I have my card but my spending account is empty and I can't get into the other envelopes without being able to login. I am at a loss as to what to do .
Just don't do it! Do not direct deposit any money here. The very first time I did they took my entire paycheck. No way to reach anyone no way to transfer money. Screwed. Chalk it off as a lesson I guess
I need to know how to get my 900 that has been locked in this account for 4 months .nobody will respond d to me in chat or email .this bank is a joke .do not put your money jeret
I deposited Money and can't get access to it.
This "bank" if you can even call it that is a joke. I started messaging and emailing about a refund, and they shut mine and my husband's entire account down. Said something about a "verification" issue. Then find out from the company issuing the refund that they can't put the money on a different card and they HAVE to use my Envel account debit card (which the bank has, at this point, already deactivated). Then, a week later, the company issuing the refund tells me that the card can not authorize a refund & that my bank has to help me locate the funds by doing a dispute..... Envel, I want my money.... I'm surprise you have as many clients as you do. This is NOT over. You're more like a racketeering ring, instead of a banking establishment!!!
I cant access my account due to loosing phone and there is money there. Cause it's being spent tell me what
Cant access my mobile app
Inca not activate my Envel debit card with the app because it want take my address that's on file
My passcode to access my Envel account has been changed without my involvement. Passcod reset links don't arrive in my email.
Yes I transfer $100 into this account unfortunately my account was frozen for at least 2 months I can never get enough Frozen then when I finally did get her in Frozen I can activate my debit card so about a week goes by and I had $100 for sale in the whole time then I got on there today to check it and my account was balance of zero it basically had reset the app it basically stated that I had to order my first card all over again it was like I have been flat out robbed

Seems like a lot of people writing reviews are excited about what Envel MIGHT be in the future. But if you want to have a fully functioning bank, you really need to go elsewhere. Unfortunately, reading the fine print on their website will not help you, as they misrepresent their features. Case in point:
Envel says that their Shared Envelope allows you to have a shared account that “anyone” can use to collectively deposit and withdraw funds — kind of like a joint account. Unfortunately, this is a lie. Anyone who uses a Shared envelope must also have an Envel account! Furthermore, Shared envelope users cannot transfer more than $1500 a day. So if you live in a household with shared expenses, you cannot manage your money if you need to manage more than $1500 a day (you know, like if you need to send your partner your share of the rent/mortgage payment so bills can be paid on time).
Envel blames most of their problems on their partner bank, a tiny bank that is run out of Kansas City and doesn’t seem to be able to address modern banking needs. Further, if you want to set up bill pay with this tiny little bank you will either get denied access or be told this bank doesn’t exist. Very, very sketchy.
I’ve asked Envel to update their marketing messages so they won’t trick future customers into believing it might work for them. So far, they have not.

I wish I hadn’t referred anyone to this app. They have my money in limbo. Their core feature does not work. I cannot pay my bills because of an issue with their system, and I was told that they are prioritizing new features over a patch to fix this issue. Meanwhile when I send messages begging for support, I see the message is read (they send read receipts) but I get no response. Imaging begging a banking app to use you’re own money because they failed at the one job the banking app is supposed to get right: showing you your money, and giving you access to that money. I can’t even take my money and go to another banking app, because no one at the company will help me in any way shape or form. Totally unfair

Every time I try to schedule an ACH debit using my routing number and account number this bank will never pay it even though I have the money in the account. I waisted money on NSF fees for funds that were in the account. Their application is difficult to use, confusing, and the different envelopes don’t make sense. I can only basically store money can’t use the account to make payments very annoying. I would not recommend this account to anyone there are a number of better options even if you have a Chexsystems record, bad credit , or a non us citizen.
