Clipchamp Status

the editor is lagging very bad om using chrome os at the moment and i dont use this laptop for anything else but clipchamp is it just down or is there a patch to fix it coming up soon

Hi I'm trying to use clip champ and when I'm recording from my webcam, I can see a herky-jerky out of sync issue. When I play back the clip, the audio and visual are completely out of sync. Do you offer any phone support or teamviewer screen share troubleshooting? Your interface is gorgeous, I'm switching from Wondershare Filmora and I'll be your biggest cheerleader if we can get this to work.

For the most part, when it works, it works fine; little laggy here and there but usable. But my issue now is that if I want to zoom in on a video, to edit it down a certain way, it will just crash with seemingly no other reason than zooming in on clips. I can't fine tune my edits and get stuck in a loop of constantly crashing when zooming too far in. It's making it really frustrating because other then that issue, I'm fine with the product for the simple quick editing I need. The only other thing I think it needs to fix is giving an option to choose where to save videos. It only wants to save to my C: drive which I don't have a lot of space on because it's mostly for my OS; my storage is on a different drive altogether.

DON'T waste your time with this program. It starts off working fine but soon begins to constantly crash and remains unusable. I've lost countless hours of work on my video projects due to it constantly failing to load anything. I have tried everything customer support suggests, and it still crashes.

I just started working on this for a week on a massive project. Massive hours invested. It started saying "buffering" non-stop. When I searched it I am seeing a lot of people are having major issues. I'm sad and mad because I have done a lot of work and must do a lot more. Now I think I need to start from scratch!

I can't believe I just spent money on this. I thought it might fix the crashing issue that renders this dodgy software unusable. Low and behold my premium membership crashes just as fantastically. What a goddamn waste, I did reset-settings, and repair, and yep, restarted and resintalled. Crash, crash, crash. I won't get the hours back I wasted on your software but I will be happy if someone reaches out and refunds this disaster because it's basically congruent with a virus. Disappointed

Gets to 6mins off the end freezes then crashes

I can't login to my account from the browser. I get this error: We're unable to complete your request invalid_request: The provided value for the input parameter 'redirect_uri' is not valid. The expected value is a URI which matches a redirect URI registered for this client application.

clip champ only works on my laptop. It refuses to load anything without crashing while using my desktop. I've used the browser version and the app version and neither works at all on my desktop.

Clipchamp freezes and stops working. Even restarting computer would not help.

Just don't use it. Invest in something else. It only works for the first few exports, but then it constantly crashes and won't let you continue with a project ever again. The developers were actually on something when developing this app. If you only need a single project, go for it. If you want something long-term, look elsewhere. Calling this thing an "app" is generous.

ClipChamp keeps not responding. i took away obs, and it is still not working.

This is the fourth short video I've created on clip champ but the first time I've encountered this problem. Every time I try to export this video it says, clip champ isn't working and prompts me to either close or restore. I've restarted my computer. Cleared the cache on my computer and router. Shut down all apps in the background.

Sheesh. this software is CRASHING ALL THE TIME. CANT LOAD MY VIDEOPROJECT! What´s wrong?

I'm trying to upload a video to youtube and everytime I try and go and upload my video, the editor is down its so annoying.

Clipchamp is constantly buffering, even when moving the simplest part of the project, like a short audio clip or a 10 second video clip. I need to wait sometimes minutes until it's ready to play. I have a 16 core processor, 64Gb of RAM, and a 3090 graphics card, with a motherboard to match those high specs. I doubt this is caused by my PC. I am using the installed Clipchamp version... please remind me why I am paying for this software?? It has taken DAYS just to try to complete one project due to buffering issues, and I'm not even finished yet.

Clip Champ is an utter piece of garbage. Worked okay at first, now around more than half the time it crashes. This is even after doing what clipchamp recommends, like only having the clipchamp app open, installing the latest chrome and clearing cache. Even after uninstalling then reinstalling, updating and resetting it still fucks up. That's it, I've had enough of wasting hours on this piece of shit app only for it to crash and waste my time. A complete and utter joke of an app. I'm uninstalling it now and will never, ever waste my time by using it again. ...only question is, doesn't anyone know a decent similar alternative?? Yet one that isn't a buggy piece of shit of course.

Auch bei mir die gleichen Ursachen wie Oben erwähnt, weder noch Fotos Slideshows oder Videos (Musik) noch machbar, immer die gleichen Abstürze und unendlichen Puffern beim Laden. Dies ist aber erst nach den letzten Updates so die ersten Versionen sind gut gegangen, habe deshalb ein ABO gelöst um bevorzugte Updates zu erhalten da ich noch einige Videos zu fertig zu machen hätte. Gottlob gibt es noch den Video Editor zum etwas Retten zu können Warten wir ab bis das generelle Update zu Windoof 11 durch ist ????

Attempting to export causes a crash. It gets about 3 percent done (after editing a one-hour video) and then hangs up and freezes. This happens every time!

This is the most frustratingly unstable app I've ever used. Everytime I use it I must restart several times to finish a simple project. How Microsoft can consider this fit for release is beyond me. I started using the web version and it worked fine but now that won't even work because it's telling me I need to restart my browser or that there is an extension that is conflicting with it when I have not installed any extensions since the last time I used.

Unable to open clipChamp. I have tried many time after reinstalling but nothing seems working. I am vey frustrated with this app.

Clipchamp freezes and stop working always made me locate my files after I locate flies then stop working again it is not worth $19.99 per month that I been paid.

I spent all day editing a video, and now it won't upload. I can't even save a copy to my hard drive so I can upload it myself. This app is worse than useless.

I paid for the upgrade and it will not update the software even after multiple restarts, uninstalls, etc.

Over the last few days, Clipchamp has been freezing, causing screen flashes, and the preview stops working. I liked this app at first on my new computer, but it's nearly unusable now. Please fix this. I also tried the web version, and I had the same problem. Please...just fix this. Thanks.

not loading the app .... Expectation from HRESLUT 0x8007139F

Hello I am trying to upload a YouTube video to my channel and it wont work it says "We can't export your video" and I need to get this video up please help.

Its not working. I keep getting this pop up that says' " The group or resource is not in the correct state to perform the request operation" (Exception from HRESUKT:0x8007139F). I use this for work so its very urgent it works.

This app, is broken, freezing all the time, for no apparent reason, cpu usage is only about 20 %

Clipchamp says it's installing and goes through the process of downloading and apparently has downloaded 7.46 of 7.46 when it decides there's an error (on your end not mine) and nothing further is done. I've reported previously. Why is it not downloading, what is the error on your end?????

Ive restarted my laptop and closed the desktop app many times but clip champ keeps giving me "preview stopped working"

This app is absolutely garbage. It works great for a little while, then they get you in with all their features and you get all excited about your video only to have it crash, continuously. I have tried to rebuild the same video 4 times, only to have it crash again and again and become unusable. Don't waste your money.

I have also had the same problems with Clipchamp. Pretty much, the app stops, screen freezes, a ton of error messages pop up, I uninstall, I restart my computer, and I finally install the app again. And guess what?? It doesn't work. The app worked for a little at the start, and I got my documentary assignment draft finished, but when I went to edit the final, well it broke. Lucky I started my assignment early. Don't get caught out by this faulty software and don't make the same mistake of using this broken app like I did. Some alternate video editing software: Olive (its free) This you gotta download off the internet. I'd recommend this for the more advanced people. Movie Edit Now (Free off the Microsoft store) This one is good for beginners, and by that I mean that its basic. Premiere Pro (Please note this is expensive) And a heap of basic editors on the Microsoft store. Clipchamp is a waste of time, unless they decide to listen to everyone and fix it. Maybe they should consider making it not web based as well?

Your video editor has got to be the worst ever, I have been trying to complete a project for over 3 days and your trash software keeps crashing, now my project is late, I will tell everyone I know not to ever use your trash ass software, fuck you all and thanks for nothing, fuck clipchamp , piece of shit compnay.

Clipchamp freezes and stops working. There is a screen "flash", and then a clipchamp popup says to restart in browser or restart computer. Help Desk suggested clearing cache, fixing extensions, and updating CHrome. All have been done. I also deleted and reloaded the app a number of times. The same error continues. When I tried to reach clipchamp again, there has been no response. The "help Desk" has so far, not helped at all. I am unable edit or even properly my project. I have now lost a deadline on a project. Would appreciate SOME form of feedback.

Clipchamp freezes and stopworking---it clicks off and tells me clipchamp has stop working restart in browser or restart computer. I am unable edit and load my other clips to complete my project. Please help ASAP
