5 Most reported problems 😔💔
Well you have managed to destroy a good working program and cost me many hours of work. Your new version of ClipChamp is a disaster!!! 1) When I try to open a current project (when it works), I often find it doesn't open the correct project. It opens a totally different project. 2) Some projects have just vanished, requiring me to redo the entire project. I missed delivery of some items for Christmas. 3) Adding files to the project takes forever. In some cases it actually hangs and never completes. 4) The program goes into "buffering" mode for sometimes 10 to 15 minutes, or never recovers, or suggests it's taking too long and refresh is advised, after which many edits are lost. In many cases buffering continues forever. 5) The next time I open a project I just worked on says it can't find the assets, and I have to locate the files again and again. 6) Exports that used to run quickly now take forever. I have tried both Windows 10 and 11 computers. Windows 11 used to run much faster, now exports creep. 7) I have read on the internet that you moved some functionality to the cloud. How much of a burden does that place on internet connection speed? Previously things were local. Now I fear they are going to and from the cloud. In my situation, I am limited to internet providers capabilities and can't get higher speeds at all. My OneDrive up and down loads are always time consuming! 8) I am offended by the language now provided. "You're going to love this...", and other "cute" statements. We don't need superfluous items appearing on the screen. We need a system that works, not one that brags about itself! 9) ClipChamp hasn't worked at all today. No old projects are listed. You can only start new ones, then hope the program doesn't close because you won't find the project again... I don't think you realize what a piece of crap ClipChamp has become! You are probably going to see many users abandon ship. What has happened to Microsoft? I used to think that they were a great company. Don't ask about Windows 11 versus Windows 10. I like 10. I am editing a project and my clipchamp popped up an error message with an interference screen as: Preview stopped working. Before that crash, I tried to export a project and my screen was totally black. Please help me fix this,

I downloaded this app after a friend of mine who is hard of hearing told me that it’s an awesome app for creating subtitles. My experience with this app has been less than stellar. I edited THREE videos, typed up the captions which took SO long. Only to find that my phone doesn’t give me the option to save the video at the end. I have the most updated version of IOS and at LEAST 30GB of storage to be able to save these three SHORT videos. And the help people have not been helpful at all. Would love some help since I am now incredibly behind schedule with these videos because of this insane difficulty with your app.
No Ease of Use

This service has major lag, you have to pay if you want to use any little thing, and even after paying you don’t have access to much. Once you’ve subscribed, it’s very very difficult to cancel your subscription, and the customer service is lacking in, well, everything. I do not recommend it at all, be it the app version or the desktop version. Save yourself some stress and just use Adobe or iPhone movie maker.
Hot mess!

Absolute hot mess of an app. Tried it for ten minutes, and it was unable to handle an eight minute video. Did not complete subtitles for the whole video, kept changing subtitles I fixed and edited. Eventually lagged out SO BADLY, it crashed and froze up my phone for an entire minute. Got a little over half way editing the subtitles for the video, and it kept changing my fixes, stuttering, lagging and locking up. I really liked the visual features and ability to add a logo, but GEEZ. Non-functioning app is non-functioning.
