I have genius Maps installed on my Samsung Flip 4 phone (android 14). Genius maps worked with BRP connect and it worked initially with BRP Go!. After the last BRP Go! update, cannot get Genius maps to launch. When my phone is connected and I press the BRP Connect button, I get the screen showing the compatible apps I have installed. Genus Maps is icon available. I use the left-hand joystick to highlight the Genius Maps icon. I then get a message in red text stating you are almost there. It tells me to disconnect the phone and to configure Genius Maps. I have paid for and installed Pro guidance and the vehicle connectivity pack. I have confirmed my previous purchases have been restored after reinstalling Genius Maps. I have re-installed Genius Maps multiple times and get the same message. Please provide some suggestions that I can do to get Genius Maps to work correctly.

Trying to connect to my new 2020 spyder RT limited via the USB, and Connect on an Android Samsung Galaxy Note 10, Android version 12. I getting USB Malfunction. Help!!

Have 2023 Grand Touring Limited Ski-doo with 7.8 screen and BRP Go. Also have Cardo Pack talk Edge for my brother and I, can get somethings to work, but Cardo doesn't work like my brothers, and I can't figure out the Navigation.

Whenever I try to change the volume of my music Genius maps crashes and I can’t do anything until I pull the phone from the frunk.

BRP GO for Android. Maps will not load on the bike screen system. I can load the apps on my brand new Samsung flip phone but they will not load on the bike screen. No maps at all are displayed on the bike screen when they are displayed on the phone. Please help Thanks Ross
