my syncup kids watch was not turning on and i droped it really hard by accedent and its craked and its not turning on and i am crying so hard about it

SyncUP app has an error stating "Unable to connect to SyncUP Services" every time I try to open it today. I have been unsuccessful in placing calls or text messages to the device. really frustrating considering this is the "phone" my children rely on when at home.
The phone app won't update the history or the steps. It's showing history and steps as of yesterday.
My daughter's location is always off I am in the same house with her have her right next to me and on the app is shows she is 2 houses down or she will be in school and it says she's not in school it will send me a notification she's not in school boundaries her location is always off plz help me fix this problem.. in case of a emergency this is a really big issue !
I keep trying to enable my kids’ cameras and neither will stay enabled. I turned them on, saved it, then went to make sure it said, “Enabled,” and it was disabled. Why won’t it stay enabled?
Cannot log on to App just keep going through T-Mobile ID and password with the annoying two step verification process to just get an unprofessional "UH OH" error. I haven't the time to sit on a customer rep call. Is it the APP? if so, will there be a fix or should I return the watch and move on?

Hi I reached out a few days ago about my sons watch and was instructed to hard reboot. I have done that and it is is stuck on “rebooting watch for over four hours now”
“Setting up profile…hang tight.” We already set up profile, but I feel that this blocks us from getting on the main dashboard… which we cannot do. How frustrating.

When we try to login to the app to set up the watches it says we need to set up a T-Mobile ID, so we try to, then it says we already have a TMobile ID. It keeps looping us to the login screen then the t mobile ID set up screen.

IOS App is frozen, unable to connect error...... I tried with 4 different devices and same problem........ I ended up installing an Android Emulator on my PC and was able to access my Kid watch... you need to fix this issue ASAP......

The app keeps telling me that it can’t connect to syncup services. As well as for the past few days it’s been telling me the watch is offline when she’s at school which wasn’t an issue in the beginning and it’s the same school.
