Sync up kids watches don't turn on and company won't help
This has been infuriating!! I have had at least 5 of these watches and with no help of substance from customer service. The upgrade watches were "not activated properly" as the black screen error message says. I've spent days and weeks with no solution. A previous message did, the rep was asking me about a SIM card that has no slot for a Sim. Meanwhile I've been paying for a line and a device that are useless, for months. I asked for a refund, the Sent me south defective watch!! DO NOT PURCHASE!!!.

Will there ever be an update to schedule school mode time. Not everyone remembers to turn it on and off all the time.

Why does T-Mobile need to collect our children’s photos, videos, audio, and texts?! Is that not disturbing to anyone else? That’s the farthest thing from protecting our children’s privacy.
Beyond that uneasiness, the battery dies within a few hours. The functions like timer, alarms and camera freeze for hours at a time.
Like others have said, it would be nice to set school mode just when they’re actually at school. And the support is horrible. No one has a clue about this product. Disappointing from such a large company. Overall so far, not happy about choosing T-Mobiles new kids watch.

T-Mobile support and stores have no clue how to activate or add the watches to your lines. It’s been two days and the two watches I have are still displaying the same errors messages that the devices were not activated correctly. I’ve been on hold for hours with T-Mobile experts and representative and still no one knows how or when these watches will be fixed. There’s been several times I’ve been told to put in a sim card to a watch with no SIM card option. Save yourself the migraine and don’t get these watches.

You need the app to start up the watches but if/when the app isn’t letting you log in there’s no one to help. I have been on the call for an hour and thirty minutes today and no one can seem to figure out why for the last two days I get the same “can’t access this account” message . Each person says to log into T-Mobile and their app , which is all working fine. It’s the SyncUP kids app that is the issue and no one knows anything.
