Sync up kids watches don't turn on and company won't help
This has been infuriating!! I have had at least 5 of these watches and with no help of substance from customer service. The upgrade watches were "not activated properly" as the black screen error message says. I've spent days and weeks with no solution. A previous message did, the rep was asking me about a SIM card that has no slot for a Sim. Meanwhile I've been paying for a line and a device that are useless, for months. I asked for a refund, the Sent me south defective watch!! DO NOT PURCHASE!!!.
my device is not working, didn't turn on; that happened like 3 months, I don't have insurance with my company but i have one year with the manufacturer to make any changes, can you help me please
Will there ever be an update to schedule school mode time. Not everyone remembers to turn it on and off all the time.

You need the app to start up the watches but if/when the app isn’t letting you log in there’s no one to help. I have been on the call for an hour and thirty minutes today and no one can seem to figure out why for the last two days I get the same “can’t access this account” message . Each person says to log into T-Mobile and their app , which is all working fine. It’s the SyncUP kids app that is the issue and no one knows anything.

I’m so dissatisfied with the watch app. I’m very tech savvy and this app just doesn’t work well and there seems to be no where to get help. I’ve messages t-mobile and called customer service. The first watch set up easy with no issues. The second watch won’t set up correctly. I’ve spent about 4 hours trying to get help and set this up. I want to return everything and just be done with it.

T-Mobile support is clueless about both this device and the app. Have been trying for DAYS to get device to FINISH pairing and setup to complete. Just spins and spins. I was originally told it takes 4 hours to setup and to just give it more time. Now it’s been two days and still same issue. Have uninstalled and reinstalled app, have reset device and nada same thing. I cannot remove the profile that is stuck to try a fresh pair. Ugh!!!
