Update Ledo Pizza app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Ledo Pizza iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Ledo Pizza on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Ledo Pizza network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Ledo Pizza not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Ledo Pizza App
1. On android, goto Settings » Ledo Pizza » click [Force Stop]

Update Ledo Pizza to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Ledo Pizza App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Ledo Pizza » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Ledo Pizza.

Fix Ledo Pizza unable to contact server/ Ledo Pizza internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Ledo Pizza » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Ledo Pizza » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
