Your response was B.S. what do you think happened to the pizza when a customer drives it home? Does it ruin the pizza? No, it doesn’t your pizza isn’t anymore “fresh” then any other pizza place… the quality of it does not decrease after it is driven to the customers home after they pick it up… I’ve ordered plenty of handmade fresh pizza’s from door dash, Uber eats etc. they’re EXACTLY the same quality as they would be when a customer drives them home or a delivery driver does. They’re are the same quality eating it in the restaurant as they would be when they’re eaten at home. Do whatever you want if your happy with less orders because you’re cutting off at least 40% of your sales from people who want to have it delivered and on top of that not everyone has a car to drive to ledos. This is a very stupid way to run a restaurant… 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

This is awesome! The order history and favorites section make it very easy to order the family’s usual order. Although, the addition of pictures has prompted us to explore more of the menu. The pictures look so delicious and the food actually looks the same when you receive it. The store locator makes it simple to find the closest store when you are out of your area. It has made ordering so quick and easy especially while following social distancing rules. Great job!

Every food establishment under the sun that has an app to order their food has some sort of rewards program. Ledos is expensive but it’s also extremely good too, that’s why we love it so much. With all that being said and all the time and effort put into making an app, there should be some sort of rewards program as well for example one dollar for one point and at 200 points you get a large pizza. When you’re fat, a lot of food ideas coming to your head daily and I’m fat 😃😃😃.

LedoPizza is so much better than what it was before. Easier to navigate, and actually just all around better. Only thing that would make it better would be would be being able to Apple Pay, Samsung pay, and etc.

Always love their food. First time using LedoPizza . Only corrections to LedoPizza is it does not allow you to add extra items. It lets you order green peppers but can’t add extra green peppers or double the item. Unless I messed up ordering and missed how to order extra items on the pizza.

First time using LedoPizza . Still going to have to call the resturant to order directly as app won’t let you order double anything (real bacon in our case) on the pizzas. Maybe add a counter to the right side of each topping choice so we could choose two or more of a particular topping?

Order was to be picked up at 7. Get there and they say e sry thing is ready but that they lost the pizza and needed to make another...what?? This would not have been a huge deal had they offered to refund me or offered a voucher of some sort. 40 mins later the pizza they lost was ready. The rest of the food...cold! Horrible customer service...will not be returning. I’m literally appalled that this was okay with everyone at the location.

The past two times we got carry out from Ledo’s they left stuff out of order. The second time I requested what they left out from the first time and it didn’t happen along with forgetting the salad dressing! Please train your people to be more observant when taking and filling orders. Nothing more disappointing when getting home to see you didn’t get what you ordered!!! We’ll try someplace else.

LedoPizza only supports paying online with a Credit/Debit Card. Does not support use of Ledo Pizza’s Gift Cards. Likewise, doesn’t allow you the option of paying when you pick up your order (so you can use your Gift Card).

Odd that they would disincentivize folks from buying their Gift Cards.

When selecting toppings on a custom pizza, there is a single list of available toppings. If your pizza is to have more than one topping, each one must be different - no double sausage or double pepperoni, for example. This seems a little short sighted.

A great big improvement. Orders are easy to place, make changes, and delete (if necessary). So much better. Thanks for the upgrade!

Love their pizza and LedoPizza update makes it so much easier to order. You can customize items easily and save your favorites to expedite ordering. Thanks Ledos!

LedoPizza is 100 times better then the old Ledo app! Love that you added favoriting a location makes it so much easier to order!

LedoPizza seems to work great, except I could not find a way to select double of one topping.

App and Ledo really allow you to customize your pizza and get exactly what you want. Love Ledo!!

So second time using LedoPizza and it goes down on a weekend, which is good because people don’t like ordering pizza on weekends when there’s football on.

I’ve been waiting on the LEDO’S app for a long time.

This is one of the best pizza apps! They have really great pizza and Jumbo wings too!
