my earphone just indicated red light even with charging status and shut down, anything that I should do to reactivate my earphone?

I have bought a new iPhone with a new number lately. Downloaded the Devialet mobile app from AppStore. Set it up with Bluetooth on. When I play anything from YouTube, it does not work on my new iPhone. However, it is working on my old iPhone.
