How to fix Devialet app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Devialet app on iPhone
Update Devialet app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Devialet iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Devialet on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Devialet network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Devialet Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Devialet not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Devialet App
1. On android, goto Settings » Devialet » click [Force Stop]

Update Devialet to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Devialet App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Devialet » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Devialet.

Fix Devialet unable to contact server/ Devialet internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Devialet » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Devialet » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
