I have a phantom and love it so I naturally ordered these buds. They have not worked well since day one. They don’t connect to my iPhone without issue. One bud losses all its charge. I am unable to update the firmware and there are errors when I try to do so. I am not sure if the left bud simple does not hit the contacts correctly. But after charging it over night yesterday. I find that the left bud has zero charge today. I was charging it to update the firm ware but since it’s not charged I must wait. These bud were not ready for prime time and had too many bugs to have been released. I would like my money back or at least someone to tell me what I am doing wrong so they will work.

I jumped the gun on these headphones because I love the brand, but both these headphones and the phantom have trouble connecting to my phone. App doesn’t know when headphones are in or out of the case, there are dead ends in the app experience without explanation (like when trying to install an update), some of the content in the webview is in French and table layouts are broken. Took me about 3 hours and multiple failures (and an app crash) to set up the headphones. Great sound, not so great digital experience.

It’s almost unbelievable how broken my experience has been: failure to update the firmware on one ear, random volume changes, multiple Bluetooth devices appearing, inability to switch between computer / phone, and many other issues. Be careful until the team resolves the issues. A the premature launch.
