Dear Ladies and Gentlemen., when I have TraceTogether installed, I cannot activate the app, the message Singapore's does not have your passport details appears, how can I activate the app? Do I need an online mobile phone in Singapore, or is WiFi enough? Many thanks in advance for your answer Kind regards Schwarzer

Also, all Bluetooth data stored on your phone is automatically deleted after 25 days. this app helps us ensure that we don’t spread the virus to our loved ones unknowingly. It also helps us support the work of contact tracers and healthcare workers by combating the spread of COVID-19 together. It’ll be shared with MOH if you test positive for COVID-19, for the purpose of contact tracing. TraceTogether uses Bluetooth, and your Bluetooth data is stored securely on your phone. TraceTogether allows the Ministry of Health (MOH) to give you timely care and guidance, protecting you and those around you. To register, you will need a valid NRIC, FIN, or a valid document of your current stay in Singapore. App functionality will cease once the outbreak ends. this app is designed for use by people in Singapore.
