I was almost done my daily tasks and the app stuck on time spent. I tried everything on my end including trying on my second phone and having the same issue.

How to fix Goss app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Goss app on iPhone
Update Goss app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Goss iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Goss on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Goss network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Goss Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Goss not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Goss App
1. On android, goto Settings » Goss » click [Force Stop]

Update Goss to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Goss App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Goss » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Goss.

Fix Goss unable to contact server/ Goss internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Goss » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Goss » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Goss
