I used Chatterpix with a class and was trying to share the videos with parents. All but one video will download, and I'm not sure why. When I try, the app closes. It only happens with one video. A box saying the app isn't working flashes while it shuts down. Any advice is welcome.

How to fix ChatterPix app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ChatterPix app on iPhone
Update ChatterPix app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ChatterPix iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ChatterPix on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ChatterPix network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ChatterPix Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ChatterPix not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ChatterPix App
1. On android, goto Settings » ChatterPix » click [Force Stop]

Update ChatterPix to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ChatterPix App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ChatterPix » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ChatterPix.

Fix ChatterPix unable to contact server/ ChatterPix internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ChatterPix » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ChatterPix » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ChatterPix
