How to fix Pocket Rocket app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Pocket Rocket app on iPhone
Update Pocket Rocket app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Pocket Rocket iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Pocket Rocket on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Pocket Rocket network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Pocket Rocket not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Pocket Rocket App
1. On android, goto Settings » Pocket Rocket » click [Force Stop]

Update Pocket Rocket to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Pocket Rocket App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Pocket Rocket » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Pocket Rocket.

Fix Pocket Rocket unable to contact server/ Pocket Rocket internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Pocket Rocket » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Pocket Rocket » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Pocket Rocket
