Image freezes after a few hours. Ipad is conected, wifi connection reads 66%, cam connected at 9:30 pm et stops by itself ar 12:30. Occurs every night. Found nothing in settings..

If I speak through app it can nit be heard in room were aren't camera is. Any suggestions?

How to fix Arenti app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Arenti app on iPhone
Update Arenti app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Arenti iPhone app

Fix Arenti on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Arenti network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Arenti app issues:

Force Stop the Arenti App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Arenti app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Arenti to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Arenti App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Arenti app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Arenti.

Fix Arenti unable to contact server/ Arenti internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Arenti » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Arenti » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
