I absolutely love these cameras and I have six of them now they work awesome the video quality is amazing only problem is I have now is since the last update once your memory card gets full your memory card does not work anymore it does not delete the data once the memory card is full now and keep reusing the memory card you have to go reformat the memory card every few days for it to keep working and not break your memory card

So this is something that really needs to be fixed

Overall it’s good. The price for the cams are reasonable. Quality of the pics are decent. But I just hope it doesn’t log me off when another family member signs on. I hope that it will give me an option to how many can sign on so it won’t log one off when the other signs on.

Arenti is wonderful and has all the features I wanted to pair with a super reasonable camera cost. After my apartment was broken into, I felt like I needed added security and I feel as though I’ve gotten wonderful quality and every feature I wanted without paying for an expensive camera! I love the motion detector alert options and how clear the night vision is!! I’ll be buying more of these! I feel safer already!!

One question I have ….
do you think you could make it not get so hot? I am always scared of fires and when I touch the camera it feels a little bit hot to me.?
Please don’t let that discourage any buyers from getting this product it is wonderful! It’s probably just me (the hot thing).

The sounds doesn’t always work. Thankfully we are on the other side of the wall and can hear our twins if they cry without the sound but if you’re further away I wouldn’t recommend. We went with this because we could see both girls at once and absolutely love it for that. However, we use our iPad as the “monitor” and Arenti is always glitching so it only shows them up at cell phone size 95% of the time. When Arenti is working and the option shows up to where we can turn it to iPad size it’s awesome!

It was very easy to set up, all I had to do was download the this app app, find my wifi and password and let them find eachother! Came well packaged. Clever design! It’s smaller than I thought and bottom stand part is magnetic so the camera sits on it and it can rotate in any direction! Clarity and sound are also very good! I’m happy with my purchase and will get couple more!

Arenti will randomly freeze and lock up my whole iPhone. I cannot even turn off the phone screen during these freezes. This has happened twice in the week I’ve used Arenti . Notifications work for a short period after I add the camera, but then they stop and I have to delete the camera and add it again to get them working. Arenti is very useful when it works, but unreliable.

Very pleased with the camera. Easy to set up and very reasonably priced! Highly recommend this camera. Be sure to explore all the features before you think you need a second camera. The flexible camera angles, night visibility and many other features are outstanding!

Tried to find a reasonably priced camera to monitor machines while away from them and this works perfectly. Don’t actually need sound for my purposes but it’s a nice perk for the price. This purchase worked very well for my needs.

Says it works with Alexa but it’s ridiculously prone to infinite buffering issues.

Overall in app function is okay. A dark mode is much needed. Nothing like a bright white app launch at night to cause night blindness. It’s very sensitive to network latency of any kind. Every once in awhile video freezes and the play button populates over the video while viewing. Hit play and normally video returns.

I feel multiple would be better but kind to have of does the job.

It’s kind too of sensitive so multiple hidden would be decent thou you get what you get what you pay for, a decent camera.

A year ago I try to connect my camera to 5G wifi but unfortunately doesn’t work at all . Now that they update and fixed the problem. It’s working and keep up your good work. Thank you

So far I have been pleased with the cameras and Arenti . It seems that this app is keeping Arenti current and is pushing updates regularly. (I have been using for about 4-5 months now and have had a couple of updates.)

I cannot connect to the 2.4 ghz signal on my mesh system. Eero allows me to disable the 5 ghz signal so I can connect 2.4 ghz products, but that’s not working. I can only think that you may need to update your drivers for the battery camera so that it is able to connect to the Eero mesh system. Maybe you have other suggestions? Next, I’m going to try the Legacy feature on Eero to see if that fixes my issues.

The latest update has made worlds of difference. The camera has much more functionality and the custom ranges are great!! Keep up the good work and thank you!

Honestly I would give the camera associated with Arenti 5 stars, but Arenti freezes my phone every time I use it and I have to restart my phone. It used to freeze at least twice during my son’s 2 hour nap, but recently it freezes constantly. Yesterday I had no idea he was awake because Arenti froze and I didn’t realize it. My app and phone are updated to the latest versions.

The camera worked great until the update three weeks ago. Now the image takes forever to load and rarely lasts longer than 40 seconds before losing connection or telling me the device is offline. The only way to reconnect is to close Arenti and reopen it and sometimes I have to try this 5+ times before it finally works again

Alert notifications for every movement, great picture quality, extremely helpful when having to step away from baby

Love that this camera has continuous viewing with clear viewing during the day time. Night viewing isn’t as clear as I’d hoped. Night viewing could be a lot better.

Love everything about it except the mic. Wish I could hear the other person a little more clearly but it’s still a great device for the price.

I’ve got a total of nine of these little suckers as of right now, and I’ve yet to have one fail on me. They work exactly as advertised, and if you know what you’re doing with the advanced settings, you can even get it where your various internet screens can pull them up when asked. “Hey Google, show me the front porch camera” and bingo… really impressive.

One feature request, which is on many other camera systems but so far not on any this app cameras that I own… can we please have a mode where we can have night vision mode on BUT also be able to disable the internal IR LEDs? I’ve got a couple cameras set with night mode, aimed outside thru various windows, but I have to put electrical tape over the IR lights so they don’t reflect off the glass and back into the lens. Hope your IT guys will consider it. Separate night mode / IR illumination. But otherwise, really glad that I chose this brand of camera.

I’m highly satisfied with this camera, and the price I got it for was unbelievable. Quality is good, easy setup and installation. My only critique is to fix up Arenti . I got error messages constantly when trying to connect to Alexa. And after I finally got the camera to connect to my Alexa, Alexa won’t show the video and I keep getting “live feed is not available.” Really wanted this camera to work with my Alexa but for some reason it won’t. Other than that, Arenti on my iPhone is great.

I like tech gadgets and cameras are one of the many so I have or have had several different kinds, brands, interior and exterior but this one is absolutely the best one for interior I have found and while I hate to say it “especially for the price” that always degrades things some when I hear it but it’s true in this case. This camera offers many options and settings that you usually only get with more expensive cameras and the quality is awesome. If the need arises for another interior camera it will be another one of these no doubt. Truly a five star camera.

The watermark has been pushed with the recent update. Please, offer and option to remove it from the videos. Also, I highly dislike the ad that appears every time I start Arenti — it is highly intrusive taking a few seconds before it allows me to see my cameras’ live feed. The introduction of “dark mode” within Arenti would also be appreciated. Gets heee stars for the aesthetics of the camera but Arenti is its weakest point.

I’ve bought several different cameras under 50$ and none of them have worked with my 5G like they said they would. But I finally found one that go above my expectations! Very clear video and sound! Great daytime and nighttime picture. 10/10 for someone who does not want to or can not spend to much! This one will not disappoint! The LaxiHub Mini is the best!

Have been using for years haven’t had any issues. Camera could be slightly better quality but it’s still in great percentage at use even night time , sensor dects fast and even a bat yes a bat I have pictures of fles. Very Easy to install ! Very easy and quick process to set up!! I have a total of 4around a single duplex unit. Hasn’t failed me yet since 2020.

My mother gave this to us as a gift and it’s been working awesome since we’ve received it! Arenti is super easy to use and has great quality on the camera to see. It even alerts you if something is wrong with the camera or if it doesn’t recognize someone in the room!

So far it’s been an awesome purchase, very worth it! The image is amazing and Arenti works amazing and has very cool gadgets! I was going to purchase a white noise sound machine but with this camera I don’t have to since it has that feature in it plus music. I really liked this camera!

I am not very tech savy but at 11 pm one night I opened one of the four cameras and followed the user friendly directions and I was looking at the kids playroom in minutes!!! Thanks for keeping it simple ! Today I am on to camera’s 2-4! Thanks Again!

We love having the monitor and Arenti , and the daylight video quality is amazing. Nighttime video quality is lacking compared to other monitors I’ve seen. Only other criticism would be to allow multiple users on the cameras at the same time.

Overall Arenti is simple to use. I use Arenti for my baby monitor. There’s a lot of function I don’t need on Arenti , but are probably helpful to those who use their security cameras.

I do wish Arenti had a dark mode option. I feel like I’m getting flash banged every time I have to open Arenti at 3am. I use Arenti as my flashlight at night it’s so bright even when I have my phone on the dimmest setting.

For what I paid for this it is a really good camera. I purchased it to use on my Guinea Pig’s cage; I was happy to see that it picks up her motions. I love the 360 view and tilt. I just wish there was a way to turn the camera off from Arenti when I move her to her playpen. I could unplug it but the plug is behind my shelf. I tried to unplug it from the other end in the camera itself but it won’t give and I don’t want to yank it out, I’m afraid I’ll break it.

It was great until our baby monitor was hacked. Today was the last straw but someone was watching my movements & then watching my daughter. The person moved my camera up down then to be solely focused on her playing with her flash cards. I asked if it was my husband or MIL to which they said no they haven’t accessed the camera all day. Only them including myself have access to Arenti . Its happened twice before I noticed camera was moved different direction whether she was by herself sleeping or we were together in the same room..

Don’t feel comfortable using it. Going to be tossing it out & purchasing better safer baby monitor.

Being able to see my fur babies while I am away from the trailer is very helpful. However, every time one wiggles its nose I get an alert and Arenti is taking pictures that I don’t need to see. Is there someway I can only get pictures of or videos that I ask for? My animals move around a lot! I’m concerned about using up memory with these constant notifications and pictures.

Only complaint is that the stock monitor does not connect to Wi-Fi also. Didn’t realize only the camera was Wi-Fi and accessible only through the phone app via Wi-Fi. Really want a monitor that works on the other side of my house. But being able to use the phone there is still good. Also, would be cool if Arenti allowed you to turn the eyes on and off. Appears to only be possible in the stock monitor. Otherwise, best monitor I’ve owned and we’re on our 8th different monitor.

Thank you . When I bought this, is when I needed it, the most. PippiMarie my AmericanBully/Pitbull dog and I were being harassed. I need a camera that caught everything. I looked into Wyze and Ring none fit what I needed or could afford. I came across this brand look at the reviews and googled so I ordered it, it has been a life changing purchase and experience. 5 star because I’ve had no issues and it has been great, works great ,quality is great, I’ve been able to leave my home and feel good or okay . I don’t like leaving PippMarie home any way but I am comfortable when I have to. When I do I have the opportunity to look or review my home. Thank you again it’s been life changing.

😁 I can’t seem to keep my monitor charged up well enough so I was stuck in one room for a while as it would charge. I completely forgot that this camera could connect to Arenti , and it’s saved us so much time to get things done as our little girl rests. There’s a good bit more features in Arenti than what’s available on the monitor too so that was fun to explore. It takes a bit of getting used to, but getting to know the settings better is very worthwhile. I’ll update if anything goes wrong!

Just got this camera. Iove that it records so I can tract my feeding, diapers, sand awake time with my little one. One feature Arenti is missing is slowing you to have the sound run in the background of your phone when your on other apps. Only time I can hear is when Arenti is open and on the monitor

Great baby cam, video quality is amazing, loads quickly, an almost completely happy with it. However, the most annoying feature of this cam is that you can’t customize the times that you want and don’t want the motion or cry detection alerts to be on. If you switch it on, it notifies you all the time, regardless of whether you need it or not. Please please add a customization for alerts! 🤞🏼

Well I owned a WiFi system. I liked it at fist then I started to realize that the system didn’t start recording for a good while after the event started. Now I installed this new system with POI and the recording’s are much faster. Much better then the WIFI system. The only thing I am not happy with is the audio portion of the system.

They updated Arenti a while back and the user interface is ridiculous and terrible! I’d give ZERO stars if it was an option! I can’t rearrange the order I view my cameras anymore so it is a cluster of nonsense. I used to arrange my outdoor cameras first which was nice when viewing quad screen. It’s like their IT guy is an idiot or they just want to lose business. I’ve complained multiple times to the service people and they just say that they have put in requests but nothing has happened. 6 mos + now waiting!!!! It was good until it was terrible and now I’ve invested 12 cameras and have no option to move the order in Arenti . LOOK INTO A SMARTER COMPANY!
