I mounted a Arenti OP1 Outdoor Camera and it will only adjust up and down but not rotate. I even tried the 360 deg. Tour and nothing happens.
I'm unable to connect to Wifi. The camera repeats, "Trying to connect." There are Susicious Devices::13 in the Devices Found.
I just got your outdoor wireless camera yesterday. I have tried 2 phones to read the QR code. Neither one does. I tried the bluetooth idea on 2 phones, neither one sees it. I have made sure both phone and camera are on 2.4. No luck at all. Please help. I have tried everything I can think of. About ready to return it for a refund.
Battery will no longer charge. Need new battery and instructions on how to change.

i keep getting false messages at a certain hour of the day especially when the sun crosses over and emits shadows on the porch is this normal or is there anything that can be done about it quite annoying other than that works fine. Would like to order a second one but I am hesitant until this is resolved.Thank you
battery of camera only last less the 24 hours on full charge and with solar panel.

I cannot connect to the 2.4 ghz signal on my mesh system. Eero allows me to disable the 5 ghz signal so I can connect 2.4 ghz products, but that’s not working. I can only think that you may need to update your drivers for the battery camera so that it is able to connect to the Eero mesh system. Maybe you have other suggestions? Next, I’m going to try the Legacy feature on Eero to see if that fixes my issues.

Honestly I would give the camera associated with this app 5 stars, but the app freezes my phone every time I use it and I have to restart my phone. It used to freeze at least twice during my son’s 2 hour nap, but recently it freezes constantly. Yesterday I had no idea he was awake because the app froze and I didn’t realize it. My app and phone are updated to the latest versions.

The camera worked great until the update three weeks ago. Now the image takes forever to load and rarely lasts longer than 40 seconds before losing connection or telling me the device is offline. The only way to reconnect is to close the app and reopen it and sometimes I have to try this 5+ times before it finally works again
