I only started using their banking service because I thought it was premium but boy was I wrong. I can’t reset my pw for a month now. I have called customer service and I always get the same message we forwarded your issue to our IT department. I can’t login to my account and just no help. I have written to their email multiple times but alas no answer. This service is just sh**t. I am so disappointed. I can’t wait to get back to Ghana and just end my banking with them. Horrible app, horrible customer service. Word of advice, maybe get people who actually know IT. This is so premative. I can roll my eyes enough 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

I recently updated just before coming to work only to find out it wouldn’t open and always giving me an error:
We could not connect. Please check that your Mobile Data/WiFi is active or update to the latest version from store (GC04).
Been using AbsaGhana for years and never had this issue until recently. I am struggling to send money home because of this issue!!!

AbsaGhana crashes immediately I open it . I am using an iPhone X and don’t understand why it is so

Why give option for registration when the system does not allow it. Useless app.

The worst app on my phone. Works only 5% of the time. Never works when you need to use it.

It takes such a long time before i receive the otp. It’s been three days and I haven’t been able to log in

Unnecessary deduction, huge charges and moreover, they must improve their services, basic mobile app features with poor service. Too bad

This is by far the worst banking app. Absa, please sit up and be serious; this is ridiculous. My frustration is too long to even narrate. I pay for premium banking and get mediocre service from this useless app

Very poor service from customer service. Calls are not answered and emails are not even poorer. Not able to get into my account since the new app

AbsaGhana does not allow me to register my account even after correctly entering my information, I get a “customer not recognized” message. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When you want make a transaction and scroll down to Bank transfers, the application prevents you to scroll down. This problem has been there for sometime but not fixed. This problem renders the application useless for bank transfers.

I haven’t been able to access my account since I left Ghana. When I try to log in I get a message that my account does not exist. I have tried several times but there has been no improvement. And there doesn’t seem to be a way to solve this problem, at least from my end.

I can’t open it why

The update removed some features and made AbsaGhana slow with useless animations highlighting the slowness. Two stars cuz I get the modern design but not at the cost of speed and simplicity.

Is very difficult to access the money transfer taps. This needs to be worked on.

I couldn’t see the top buttons in AbsaGhana (like mobile wallet transfer and the rest that appear at the top of the main page after logging in). iPhone iOS 14. It used to appear but after changing phone, it doesn’t appear anymore. Looks like after sometime it appears again.

I love AbsaGhana and it’s update features. Very fast and friendly app.

this update UI is one of the best banking apps.very simple,great optimization.i wish AbsaGhana can be used to open account and also request for debit card.
