Been using Clair for a while but after they’re latest update I can not even enter my password -the entire page is unresponsive. Can’t select “back” or “?”, the bar to type just blinks but the keyboard won’t pull up and my saved password prompt doesn’t pull up and even when it does and I enter my phones passcode to apply my saved password it doesn’t get entered and the bar continues to blink. I’ve contacted support but they have no way of allowing any account holders to login through a desktop. They’ve just told me to use my this app card to access funds but the whole point of this app is advancing your wages which can only be done through Clair . So I can’t make any online purchases. They’ve “escalated” this issue but their internal escalation team isn’t even in office and MAYBE I’ll get a reply in 24 hrs but if they’re not in office on a Saturday why would they be in office on a Sunday which means this won’t get resolved until Monday if it even gets resolved I’ll have gone over 72 hours with no access to my account. I’ve uninstalled Clair several times and nothing seems to resolve it. I’d say stay away from Clair. Once I’m able to login I’m pulling all of my money and never using this app again.

Requested a deposit to my bank. The bank claimed fraud saying this company doesn’t support transfers. Waited 2 days for my money called customer service which admitted they had my money but had to wait 7 days to refund my account. Fraudulent website that probably has no money to run a bank so they hold peoples money longer than expected. Huge fees for everything. Do not use.

The system contains massive glitches when you’ve worked scheduled work hours! This is an inconvenience to all clients! Escalation takes over 48 hours. Customer services periodically give false information on customer accounts without thoroughly investigating the situation! Most definitely has its pros and cons

Every other week I have to uninstall Clair and install it back just to be able to log in. I’ve spoken to agents from technical support several times about this issue. Honestly if I didn’t need to retrieve my pay in advance, I would not bother to keep using Clair . It’s always giving difficulties when I need it most. Please fix or partner with a better company.

So after zenefits promoted they partnered with this app, I decided to give it a try. At first this app was everything I dreamed of UNTIL i started noticing they MAKE MONEY BY NOT PROCESSING RETURNS. At first I thought it was a uber and i gave them a hard time about it until they did the same thing with apple. Do not use Clair, ive lost about $1000 usd ( so upsetting).. a big lawsuit is coming. Stay far away with this is so illegal

Not sure what is going on. I used Clair for a month. Now it does not even open. Tried reinstalling it. Still does not open. I have no idea what is currently in my account.

Can not log in to access my funds. Customer service refuses to help. Have to wait 4 days to get a response. You made me unable to access my money to buy my children groceries. I will definitely be taking legal action.

Clair lies about being able to take instant transfers and steals your money, the support team doesn’t help whatsoever. I was told I hit my transfer limit but hadn’t even made any transfers that day. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied. If there could be a lower rate than 1 star I’d give it that. I need my money back asap!

Can’t use Clair because it won’t connect to my clock in hours. Customer service gives the same automated emails stating they’re looking into it but do not know what’s wrong.

I’ll change my review if my problem is fixed but it has been over a week with no resolution.

Honestly, I would love to use Clair, but I’ve never gotten the chance to when I first saw it. I didn’t mean to sign up and so basically it told me I put it in wrong information and then I was denied, but there’s no reason for me to be denied because my Work clearly supports this, I need to get into contact with somebody but anytime I email them they don’t answer. I would love to try Clair would be willing to give it more stars

How does this help when u have no options only allowed to use thier card and only allowed to advance what u put on it not what you actually have availble it’s a waste of time and for this people who need thier money so they can get to work can’t even get any money until there check comes in and only what they put in I won’t put all my money in a card I don’t have and won’t get for at least a month nope so I’m just going to unenroll this is. Huge waste of time and not of valu customer service not a lick of English speaking people and only wanted to quote reviews about there virtual card nope I’m not doing and will be talking to my employer about switching companies is a waste of time

Foolishly I connected Clair with my payroll direct deposit. Someone hacked my email and then from that point was able to log into my account change the email address and the phone number. They do not need any more information they were able to clear all the money from my account. Claire did not help me. They said that because I could not verify the email and phone number any further. There is nothing they can do. I had to go and file a police report and now I have to let the police deal with getting my money back. Do not link anything to this banking app!

I have tried to use Clair off and on for the past year now and it has NEVER fully worked for me. Either the advances don’t work due to my hours worked not even showing up in Clair , or my hours DO show up and it just won’t let me advance at all. It’s like I’m a donkey pulling a cart and this app is dangling a juicy carrot right in front of me and NEVER LETS ME TAKE A BITE. That’s how it feels. You build up this hope of a god send of having your paycheck early for an emergency and WHAM nope, denied, it doesn’t work. It’s heartbreaking. I was so stoked for Clair when my company switched over to using it - and the concept is great. But after waiting for literal MONTHS to never hear back from the escalations team to fix my issues, I have given up and will be cancelling my account. If the advancements don’t work then there are literally no other benefits to having this account. Really so disappointed and I wish Clair worked for me. If it works for you congrats 💕

The ONLY thing I would like, is to not have to enter my password in every time I open Clair .

Clair is a game changer...it automatically knows exactly when I work, my hourly rate and I can immediately advance a portion of my check when I clock out. I never had to enter my employment info. The only gripe I have is that Clair doesn't have dark mode. Otherwise Clair is perfect..I love how I can see every single detail of every transaction including the "settle" date and time. No other app or bank I've had shows that. It's super fast and responsive.

Funds earned prior to paycheck and repayment are not available and should be.

this app is truly one of a kind!!! Their customer service is second to none, and their benefits that they have and offer are truly amazing as well!! What other bank allows you to ASVANCE yourself money after literally each and every shift that you work, and then just pay the money from the “advances” right back the very next paycheck, but WITHOUT a single penny in fees or interest?! It’s AWESOME & AMAZING all at the same time!! I’ve been with them shortly after their inception, and have stayed with them this entire time to date, and I could NOT be any happier with them!!! If you don’t download the this app APP right now and give them a try, then YOUR MISSING OUT!!! 💯%!! ☝🏽 🙏🏽 ☺️

I usually don’t redact my comments and I promise I have not been paid or coerced to say this but I felt compelled to, after realizing I was not only frustrated and having a hard time dealing with the issue I was having, but also the this app care team was also affected by this truly unique situation. Nevertheless after hearing clearly that I was inconsolable they continued to work around the clock to help me personally find a solution and for that reason my trust in this app has been restored. A+ customer care is truly one of this this app’s core values.

This has honestly helped me so much!!!! I was having a very hard time making it from one pay period to the next and had to go without food sometimes just to pay bills!

This is is an excellent bank app, everything works as smoothly as possible. Using all the tools is easy. The instructions are easy to understand.

It’s rare these days to find an app that has so few bugs and works so well. They really think about and care about their employees.

I love the service Clair provides. Being able to have access to a portion of my paycheck before payday has been such a blessing.

I’m liking Clair so far but I’m still waiting on my card in the mail.

We all have those weeks where we run out of money and Clair saves me time and energy by allowing me to just get an advance on my paycheck at no cost! Dope
