Worst app ever. I paid for instance transfer and it "was deposited" according to them at 4:47 pm Tuesday. Its currently Friday at 8:22 am. The money never showed up. Their customer support is a joke. They already pulled out the repayment but I have not received anything from them. My bank even confirmed that there are no pending deposits. Stay as far away from this app as you can

So after zenefits promoted they partnered with clair, I decided to give it a try. At first clair was everything I dreamed of UNTIL i started noticing they MAKE MONEY BY NOT PROCESSING RETURNS. At first I thought it was a uber and i gave them a hard time about it until they did the same thing with apple. Do not use this app, ive lost about $1000 usd ( so upsetting).. a big lawsuit is coming. Stay far away with this is so illegal

Been using this app for a while but after they’re latest update I can not even enter my password -the entire page is unresponsive. Can’t select “back” or “?”, the bar to type just blinks but the keyboard won’t pull up and my saved password prompt doesn’t pull up and even when it does and I enter my phones passcode to apply my saved password it doesn’t get entered and the bar continues to blink. I’ve contacted support but they have no way of allowing any account holders to login through a desktop. They’ve just told me to use my Clair card to access funds but the whole point of Clair is advancing your wages which can only be done through the app. So I can’t make any online purchases. They’ve “escalated” this issue but their internal escalation team isn’t even in office and MAYBE I’ll get a reply in 24 hrs but if they’re not in office on a Saturday why would they be in office on a Sunday which means this won’t get resolved until Monday if it even gets resolved I’ll have gone over 72 hours with no access to my account. I’ve uninstalled the app several times and nothing seems to resolve it. I’d say stay away from this app. Once I’m able to login I’m pulling all of my money and never using Clair again.

How does this help when u have no options only allowed to use thier card and only allowed to advance what u put on it not what you actually have availble it’s a waste of time and for this people who need thier money so they can get to work can’t even get any money until there check comes in and only what they put in I won’t put all my money in a card I don’t have and won’t get for at least a month nope so I’m just going to unenroll this is. Huge waste of time and not of valu customer service not a lick of English speaking people and only wanted to quote reviews about there virtual card nope I’m not doing and will be talking to my employer about switching companies is a waste of time
