Good morning, I am having issues getting anyone to help me reset my password for the app. I have just bought a new cell phone (Samsung S23) and only need help with my log in reset. I have called 2 times to try to resolve this and the person on the phone both times says "they can't help me" that they will send this to IT to contact me back for resolution. I have not been contacted at all and I have checked my email spam folder as well, NO contact. My phone number is 757-270-7220, my email is dwheeler283@redacted.

My auto bell app is not showing my membership. It has me logged in and has my car but says I have no membership. I have been a member since February so I'm not sure why its now all of a sudden not working for me. Any help you can give would be great. Thank you, Jill Baxter
