WOW, That APP just does not right . I have Never had that Many Problems with an APP before . Twice I wanted to sign up Monthly times . It said it did not know me All I wanted to do is Monthly .
On Thursday, December 29, 2022 I drove up to your new location on N.Main Street in Simpsonville, SC around 2 pm. I waited in a long line to drive through the car wash. After finally pulling through the car wash and up to the interior cleaning station, my car sat for at least a half hour unattended. After a hour and a half I pulled away. The inside of my car was not cleaned at all! By the time I got home I was very upset, but not willing to go back to complain! I paid $29.99 for this service and I am very disappointed with the outcome. This car wash is a short distance from my home. In the past I would have my car washed often, but don’t have the time to spare and be this unhappy with the service. I would like someone to contact me at your earliest convenience. Thank you.
The APP does not allow me to DELETE an account so I can replace it with another new account and email. Wrong account was added to the phone originally

I have been a monthly client for 10 years with you Autobell. About a month ago you asked us all to sign up for this app. I am all in favor of things working easier. This app is the worst. I have been on it just over a month and i have only been able to get two car washes for two cars. The app freezes, does not want to work when you show up. There are several other issues but i think this is enough. I will be dropping you and going down the street.

Unfortunately the app is garbage because if you have more than one vehicle you can’t both login to the app on two devices.
So only one person can bring the vehicle to get it washed. It doesn’t make any sense, who’s going to borrow somebody’s phone to go get the car washed. They need to have a family application that will allow each member to access their vehicles plan.
Whoever came up with this application was obviously not switched on.

it is a joke and a nuisance especially when you can’t have it on two phones. It has the information what vehicles are active. this apps deficiencies defeat the purpose of unlimited washing monthly purchases for two vehicles but only one phone can use it. I almost want to make fun of this app to my wife’s 25,000 instagram followers but that seems cruel. you need to figure a way out to have it multiple devices.
