-The app loads and updates slowly.

-Updates in the app don’t have times attached.

-The survey page doesn’t have a send or enter button.

How to fix Lillio app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Lillio app on iPhone
Update Lillio app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Lillio iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Lillio on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Lillio network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Lillio Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Lillio not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Lillio App
1. On android, goto Settings » Lillio » click [Force Stop]

Update Lillio to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Lillio App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Lillio » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Lillio.

Fix Lillio unable to contact server/ Lillio internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Lillio » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Lillio » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Lillio
