Autobell Car Wash Reviews

I am registered for the exterior unlimited plan. I have not been successful in upgrading to other options when I get to the car wash for example I want to get the Manager Special and I can’t do it from this application. Nobody in the car wash has been able to do it.

I purchased the unlimited plan to try out for a month. My husband and I share a car and found that AutobellCarWash is so unfriendly to car sharing. AutobellCarWash only allows one phone to be registered. Even though we can only bring the car with the one license plate through the wash with the unlimited plan. This makes absolutely no sense. I have to take his phone to the Autobell to run the car through. Very inconvenient for him and for me. Or he has to always be the one to take the car through even if he doesn’t have time. Someone dropped the ball on this weird app requirement.

AutobellCarWash is difficult to use… You have to verify yourself every single time you use it… You can’t have multiple people iand multiple cars on one account. If you want to take your wife’s car to get washed for example, you have to bring her phone because you cannot have her car on your app. I dare anybody to try and send feedback straight to auto bell through AutobellCarWash , they make you jump through mini hoops and pages of check boxes and verifications before you’re even allowed to do that. I’m guessing all the positive reviews on AutobellCarWash were left by employees

I just got AutobellCarWash and cannot remove or edit a vehicle. I made a mistake entering in the vehicle information and am unable to edit it. This is probably a simple problem with an easy bug fix but it’s keeping me from making an actual purchase. If I’m the only one with this problem it’s only losing them a few hundred bucks. If I’m not then they could be losing a ton of business unknowingly. I will gladly change this review when they get it fixed. Until then come on Autobell y’all have a great thing going don’t screw it up with an app glitch.

At times after purchasing the $7 exterior add-on I don’t get the service. I typically go through wash 3-4 times per week and at least once the add-on doesn’t work (it’s noted as purchased on the receipt).

Also, nobody ever cleans truck/SUV roofs so soon as you drive off all the water pours over the vehicle just hand dried.

Would like to see an option to add tip in AutobellCarWash versus getting my card out and having to make an additional purchase.

Thank you auto bell manufacturers for making it easy to wash an go with the touch less unlimited scan on our phone. We highly appreciate you for this 🙏🏾😁🎉.

I have been a monthly client for 10 years with you Autobell. About a month ago you asked us all to sign up for AutobellCarWash. I am all in favor of things working easier. AutobellCarWash is the worst. I have been on it just over a month and i have only been able to get two car washes for two cars. AutobellCarWash freezes, does not want to work when you show up. There are several other issues but i think this is enough. I will be dropping you and going down the street.

Unfortunately AutobellCarWash is garbage because if you have more than one vehicle you can’t both login to AutobellCarWash on two devices.
So only one person can bring the vehicle to get it washed. It doesn’t make any sense, who’s going to borrow somebody’s phone to go get the car washed. They need to have a family application that will allow each member to access their vehicles plan.
Whoever came up with this application was obviously not switched on.

it is a joke and a nuisance especially when you can’t have it on two phones. It has the information what vehicles are active. this apps deficiencies defeat the purpose of unlimited washing monthly purchases for two vehicles but only one phone can use it. I almost want to make fun of AutobellCarWash to my wife’s 25,000 instagram followers but that seems cruel. you need to figure a way out to have it multiple devices.

I had been using AutobellCarWash for months. They decided to update their app. AutobellCarWash wouldn’t update when I tried to get a wash. After 20 minutes of trying I decided to cancel my paid up membership. They canceled my membership and kept the money for rest of the month. I’m paid through the 31 yet I can’t get a wash on the 23rd. I had to pay for a wash since I couldn’t back out.
These people are thieves.

Great app so far, no extra clicking or confusion, super easy to sign up and clear pricing makes the difference. I go often and it made sense to go unlimited. Great job developers!

AutobellCarWash update was a dismal failure. The ability to use AutobellCarWash on one device is a very poor design and will make me delete my unlimited plans today. I have used Autobell for many years and have passed other car washes closer to my home to use Autobell but now I will stop and give them a try. It appears customer commends really don’t matter because I see no change in AutobellCarWash so I will take my business elsewhere.

Why can’t multiple devices be associated/connected to the same account? We have one (1) person paying the monthly bill for two (2) different vehicles and the “new” app only works one one device. So if I want to go to Autobell then I have to wait for my wife to get home before I can leave so that I can use her phone b/c AutobellCarWash only is functional on her phone…

Won’t let you have two cars on two different devices. In other words if you pay for your spouses vehicle plan, they have to set up an account. And vice versa. I own both vehicles, why can’t I put both of them on two separate devices?? What if I drive her car? I have to log into two separate accounts?

I just updated my App and really like the graphics and view/location of other car washes

Makes things easier for customers and staff, allows for great savings as well

So I have a very busy life and pay for unlimited. Sometimes it’s necessary to send my son or daughter to take my car. There is no way to do it unless I send my phone with them. So I end up paying twice for my washes. Even though the vehicle is registered. Makes me want to rethink my plan

I receive emails for promotions regularly but can’t find them on AutobellCarWash and when I click on email to make a purchase I just don’t get it. Too many options and not what the email specified. Gave up.

Very helpful crew of guys at the folly beach location. They went above and beyond to help get a bunch of mud off my car after getting stuck in the mud at my daughters soccer tournament. Very cool.

I have been coming here for about 3 months or so. This place is the best out of all of Asheville. They take pride in their work. Chandler is a great manager also. Hats off to him and his crew.

Great app, happy not to have to carry a card, and touch-less transactions is the way to go!

AutobellCarWash is the easiest way to get a quick wash and save money with the monthly unlimited plans.

I was just informed I now have to download AutobellCarWash for my unlimited car wash plan. I was fine with this until I downloaded AutobellCarWash . After a few min of trying to find where I can type in the code for my existing unlimited plan I gave up. I could not find where I was meant to enter my code. AutobellCarWash was glad to sell me a new plan, but why would I do that if I already have one. I’m canceling my membership.
