One of my camera's at night is showing so dark you can't see steps. The other cameras are fine. We had a rain storm last night don't know if that caused the problem. What can I do to fix this?
Account showing in blocklist out of nowhere. Working one night & not the next morning. Still can't get back into it
Cannot access live camera view from my Android. The problem just started yesterday. It will try to load then say no connection. I've restarted my phone and updated and rebooted the camera system and nothing helped.
On apple iphone when you click into alarm message on dmss app it crashes and the app closes, i can not watch my alarm messages, or motion detection videos, the app just closes/crashes when i select alarm message and motion detection.
Hi I have the message ' Devices bound through local binding cannot save alarm messages. Each time you close DMSS App, messages from these devices will be lost' also the play back doesn't store, click on message and it shows the time and tripwire has been crossed, but wont play back video, screen goes blank then back to home screen.

My tech “shared” my device on his app to show me how and now we can’t delete him. It just says failed to cancel sharing. But now he has access to my cameras on his app.
