One of my camera's at night is showing so dark you can't see steps. The other cameras are fine. We had a rain storm last night don't know if that caused the problem. What can I do to fix this?

Hi I have the message ' Devices bound through local binding cannot save alarm messages. Each time you close DMSS App, messages from these devices will be lost' also the play back doesn't store, click on message and it shows the time and tripwire has been crossed, but wont play back video, screen goes blank then back to home screen.
