IDMSSLITE does not connect to Apple Apps Store. To update. Also doesn’t work anymore as always comes with “User is locked”

I have IDMSSlite. I have 6 working cameras but one of them will not playback even though it is connected and shows live feed. The other 5 playbacK fine. How do I fix the rough camera? Thanks

How to fix iDMSS Lite app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the iDMSS Lite app on iPhone
Update iDMSS Lite app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall iDMSS Lite iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix iDMSS Lite on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve iDMSS Lite network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

iDMSS Lite Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix iDMSS Lite not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the iDMSS Lite App
1. On android, goto Settings » iDMSS Lite » click [Force Stop]

Update iDMSS Lite to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear iDMSS Lite App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » iDMSS Lite » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart iDMSS Lite.

Fix iDMSS Lite unable to contact server/ iDMSS Lite internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click iDMSS Lite » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto iDMSS Lite » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch iDMSS Lite
