Close and restart the UniMote app on iPhone
Update UniMote app to the Latest Version for iOS

To resolve UniMote network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent UniMote app issues:

Force Stop the UniMote App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click UniMote app. » click "Force Stop".

Update UniMote to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear UniMote App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "UniMote app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch UniMote.

Fix UniMote unable to contact server/ UniMote internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click UniMote » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got UniMote » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch UniMote on android.
