im am not happy with dmss service.ive emailed them 20 times they emailed 3.ive left voice messages and text messages but no one is getting back to me.I feel like since they took my money they dont want to no.the vision on my camera is poor.the neighbour is moaning that the camera is showing parts of his garden.after a week of having cameras 1 fell off the wall.also told them that my tele was not staying where it is so they said they will make the cable longer for me which they didnt.and they have pluged one extention lead into another extention lead.for the price ive paid im not happy.the cameras are not suitable for the purpise that i needed them for.some one needs to come out.

We were robbed on 10.31.23 They took our DVR Security system as well. I need support pulling footage up to the point where they disconnected and removed/stole the security system. Thank you.

I can see my dahua recorder and all camera's in the app and get notifications. But it is not possible to see the live feed or playback recordings. Get message: failed to connect. App is installed on a iphone and ipad. Both giving same error. App works fine on a android phone, so recoder and account are good.

Ich habe eine Goliath 2-Draht IP Video Türsprechanlage Hybrid, 2 x 7" Innenstation, 1 x Außenstation mit Kamera, 2 Klingel, Fingerprint und Anzeige seit Februar 2021. Bei meinem neuen Handy funktioniert die Push-Nachricht nicht mehr, Türöffner usw. geht. Bei 2 weiteren Samsung Handys funktioniert es. Ich habe das DMSS App und beim Alarm abonnieren kommt die Meldung "Anmeldung fehlgeschlagen". Kann die Push Benachrichtigung nicht aktivieren Bei 2 weiteren Handys funktioniert es. Hello I have a customer with a new system. They have iPhones(iPhone 11) and want notifications sent to their phones. I have set up motion detection for two cameras. I have set up the same notifications on my cell phone (google pixel6). My cell phone receives notifications ideally, and I can look back at the alarm center and see the detections. On their Phones, they are getting notifications but not seeing them in the alarm center. So they get notified but can't see them in the alarm center area. I to are having the same problem with my new OPPO phone, playing back recordings in mobile data is a no no, WF FI is ok but this doesn't help me if I'm away from home. Yet I have 2 Samsung tablets and don't have any problem with them, also my old Samsung phone was ok as well, weird. It's long over due for some serious updating to be done. Who's at fault DMSS or OPPO?

I have been using the DMSS App with an iPhone 8 and DMSS HD App with an iPad. I have no problems with viewing clips from Playback.  They are all displayed correctly on a full screen, whether phone or tablet. The problem occurs when you record the clips and save them in Files.  For some reason, any clips stored in Files, are not displayed on a full screen but are instead displayed as squashed/distorted with two big black borders on either side of the screen. This seems to happen on any phone and tablet. Is this an aspect ratio problem? Can this be fixed? Any guidance/advice will be very much appreciated. Regards, Ural

I cannot download or mail footage saved on my phone In addition I have a complaint. DMSS is providing tech support only through a company that requires me to provide credit card information. This is not a appropriate requirement to get tech support.

I have Samsung Galaxy S10+ Plus. For some unknown reason,I cannot access live view or view playback remotely ie away from WiFi ,I Can access everything when i'm away from WiFi,except DMSS ap but as soon as I turn WiFi off on phone it says disconnected. Any ideas ? please help

Hello - I pulled the power plug on my hard drive to change it to a surge protector - anyway - I stopped receiving notifications on my I phone - I had to reboot the system and it worked again - what happens in a power outage ? What if Iam not hone to reboot the system ? is there a way to save the set up notifications if it happens again ?

Al hacer limpieza de archivos (Snapshot, Caché, otros) en el celular se pierde la configuración y hay que volver a configurar nuevamente con el código administrador (QR). Ya identificamos que al borrar contenido en la carpeta Snapshot se pierde la configuración, pero hoy limpie la carpeta "Caché" y otras carpetas -excepto "Snapshot"- y también se desconfiguró. Por favor asistencia para corregir esta deficiencia.

Hi, I have problem on playback, if alarm go off need to check, on cameras, but the timeframe jump back to las hour, say i want to check what happened 22h56, it will jump back to 22h00 and I have to watch the whole 56 min, instead of just going to the time that I need to see... Push notification messages have recently started to take up to 3-4 minutes to arrive after triggering. This is on various devices/ different sites & all have been rebooted including the routers. No improvement in notification times occurred

Ive been using the app for a while now and all of a sudden a month or 2 ago, all camera view are zoomed in towards the right top corner. If you zoom try to zoom out it go reverts back to zoomed in view. Please help.

I run DMSS on two devices,an iPhone 12 Mini,and a Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus. For some unknown reason,I cannot access live view or view playback remotely ie away from WiFi on the Samsung though strangely I still get notifications. The iPhone works perfectly. I've done a factory reset on the S20,Ican access everything when on WiFi,but as soon as I turn WiFi off on phone it says disconnected. Any ideas ? I've tried everything I can think of

I am trying to install DMSS on two /Samsung devices, a phone and a tablet. Installed fine on my phone but when I try to install through the Gppgle Pay Store it shows in the tablet as already installed. The two devices are signed on with different user ids. Motion detector failure

I put this system at my company which operates from 6 AM to 4:30 PM. The entire reason I got the system was for night time so that I could monitor and get notification if anyone was on my property. In order to set up the evening and night time motion detector you have to go camera by camera through multiple steps just to turn it on and go through the same steps to turn it off the next morning. Otherwise my phone will blow up the entire time my plant is up and running during the day with constant notifications. If anyone wants a system with motion detectors I would absolutely recommend buying somebody else’s system. This was a total failure and I regret! There are cheap systems on the market that you can do this with a switch of a button or you can program the system to do it automatically. Do your homework and spend your money with someone else!

You can be better

Please add a feature that allows your cameras to be open and stay open to how you want them. Instead on me going to different screens to load them. Or having to click on the number of cameras to show. I want to see all NINE cameras when I open my app. The first thing it should open to is my cameras. I should have that option. Also, your notifications system needs to be better. Being able to change the name on the notifications that pop up. Instead of it saying channel 5 I should be able to change it to front door. Not on the camera, but the notifications that you get when the motion go off. That should be able to be changed via the app.

Favorites are now hidden in latest update!!

Home Screen should be for CAMERAS! This is literally the only reason this app exists. Why did you move the favorites to some hidden menu that I need to click 4 times to get to??? This should be front and center when you open the app. Not even an option to add favorites to Home Screen?!! Why!! Don’t make me tap 5 times to open the live camera views it is so inconvenient for the user! At least the previous version gave you favorites on the first page when the app is opened. Now with the so called “upgrade” that option is gone. You can do much better. Cameras are fine but I regret buying this entire system due to this crappy app.
