Old requests for tests or duplicates need to be removed from the charts. Old because other tests or procedures were prioritized.

When you complete a procedure the chart needs to also remove it from a to do list. The staff making appointments do not remove it and the doctor/nurses are not either on many occasions.

Due to a billing error from August 25th 2021 to today 14th October this remains unresolved.
No pre- authorization was submitted to insurance, thus declined. My insurance have been of great support in identifying the issue & also called the DMG to request a retrospective pre authorization. I have called and messaged DMG continuously explaining what’s needed to resolve this error made by DMG themselves. However, they are just incapable or uninterested. I have never encountered such a poor response with standard reply - benefit denied by your insurance & to call them, this is frustrating when the issue can only be corrected by DMG’s Billing. It’s strange to have your customer & insurance company trying to sort it. Very poor customer service if at all any.

The new mobile app is horrible. So much info has been taken away that was readily available on the previous app. And why do I still have to go to the internet to find an office phone number?! It should be easy to search for an office on the mobile app.

So many problems. 1. Face ID Doesn’t work with a mask. Face ID works on other apps because it lets you put in a passcode, but DulyHealthandCare just takes you in circles. 🤔🙃 2. No saving of deleted messages in My Chart. Every email system in the world has a deleted folder. Oh, except this one. ☹️ 3. Can’t book MRI appointments which have long wait times and could be automated. 🤦‍♂️ I realize this isn’t easy one to automate, but definitely possible. 4. Can’t book allergy injections during COVID. Why can’t we book weekly allergy injections in MyChart? They said I will need to keep calling to make appointments until there is a vaccine or try to yell (with a mask on) because they can’t understand me at the office... 🙅🏻‍♀️😷🤬

Why do I need to log into DulyHealthandCare all the freakin time? Why can I just stay logged in and have my account secure with my Face ID or a PIN?
Then you have to wait for the stupid sms text to get in because apparently they can’t do 2 step authentication using an authentication app, which is far more secure then sms.
This is a waste of an app, you’re better off using the web version since you have to log in all the time anyways.

Frustrated by the recent change in sending a message. Now it is more like a conversation and too many steps to get to being able to send a message. The previous look was by far more easier to navigate efficiently. Also, they need to have a HOME BUTTON on every screen, or at least allow it to be in the Shortcuts Bar. Currently you can only access Home by selecting the three bars on the left hand d side and scrolling all the way to the bottom. Another frustration is you cannot quickly access Vaccination records. Northwestern Medicine has theirs in a more convenient spot. DMG you have to dig into some place that I always forget where it is, and with COVID and Flu being requested all the time, you need to have a dedicated button, or at least in the drop down menu list, a Immediate button to select, making there be less steps.

DulyHealthandCare works fine I suppose. Just ridiculous that it’s so difficult to speak with an ACTUAL doctor nowadays. Terribly frustrating and impersonal. Not what I believe most are looking for when they’re not feeling well.

I find it disturbing that I can’t delete messages from years ago. All they do is clog up my phone. When a message is read and understood, I DON’NEED IT ANYMORE. I have spoken to a lot of Duly staff and patients and they are not to happy with this program.

Would love it if this worked but tests from my primary care provider missing and reminders for regular test still pending 4 months after the test was completed and staff unable to fix

Incredibly frustrating when you absolutely do have to call. You have to call the main office but the number is nowhere to be found in DulyHealthandCare you have to go online to get the number…and then you aren’t calling the right location. Otherwise it’s fine…

My chart is showing that I need to schedule certain appointments that I have already done. Wish there was a button to use that says already scheduled appointment to remove that order.
Otherwise I love DulyHealthandCare .

Unfortunately I can no longer review previous test results. It was beneficial to compare results over a period of years and that feature no longer seems to exist.

I don’t like how vague the chart is about my procedure coming up. It gives no detail about what is being done nor even the name of the actual procedure which limits a patient’s abilities of finding information themselves and doing their own research on their health which I feel should be a priority of yours to make easier. Also navigating DulyHealthandCare can be quite a hassle as well.

DulyHealthandCare works very well and very consistently. I wish it offered HealthKit integration like other offices that use this platform do.

Convenient way to get test results and ask questions. Great way to look up past results of tests.

Easy to understand and very useful. Makes things a lot easier.

App works great. Test results come through quickly and are formatted in an easy-to-read way. Appointments are easy to schedule. For improvements, give us a way to delete a referral if we decide not to pursue it.

Duly is great way to communicate with your doctors at your fingertips. Plus has your medical information without having to look for any paperwork right in the appt. I can make an appointment live visit or video visit. Get your test results first hand. Pay for a copay prior to your visit! Very convenient! Thank you Duly Health!🙏

I really appreciate getting my blood tests before I see the doctor. This gives me a chance to review them, at my leisure, and then have questions to ask at the doctor appointment.
Also I can review my medications and select the ones I am not taking. If I need to refill I can send a message rather than calling the already busy office.

The latest version is a significant improvement in navigation. It’s more intuitive. Maybe the designers actually listened to the feedback from the sandbox user group?

DulyHealthandCare is terrible. My doctor is a member of the DuPage Medical Group and required us to use DulyHealthandCare for telehealth visits but the appointment doesn’t show up here and there is no way to schedule an appointment as you have to pick a specialist by category and the applicable category simply doesn’t exist.

I cannot keep app on phone. Each time I need to go to app, I have to go to the store. Before it was on my, I had to delete app because it wouldn’t open. This is a mess. Why can’t you merge with the other hospitals. They are easily accessible.

DulyHealthandCare is not user friendly at all - not intuitive, difficult to maneuver through prompts, and no one at DMG actually monitors messages sent through it - I would not recommend dealing with DMG for any service

Can DulyHealthandCare link / import data to the Apple Health app?
