Bunch of crap as far as I'm concerned. Quality care what ever......No one cares anymore, just about the money. WE are not getting the care that people deserve. When did medical facilities stop caring about people and making it all about the money? I am officially on hold for 1/2 hour. People need to start speaking up, we get what they give because no one says anything. I will probably be on the hunt for a new Dr. this is totally not what should be excepted by anyone. So many problems. 1. Face ID Doesn’t work with a mask. Face ID works on other apps because it lets you put in a passcode, but this app just takes you in circles. 🤔🙃 2. No saving of deleted messages in My Chart. Every email system in the world has a deleted folder. Oh, except this one. ☹️ 3. Can’t book MRI appointments which have long wait times and could be automated. 🤦♂️ I realize this isn’t easy one to automate, but definitely possible. 4. Can’t book allergy injections during COVID. Why can’t we book weekly allergy injections in MyChart? They said I will need to keep calling to make appointments until there is a vaccine or try to yell (with a mask on) because they can’t understand me at the office... 🙅🏻♀️😷🤬

Due to a billing error from August 25th 2021 to today 14th October this remains unresolved.
No pre- authorization was submitted to insurance, thus declined. My insurance have been of great support in identifying the issue & also called the DMG to request a retrospective pre authorization. I have called and messaged DMG continuously explaining what’s needed to resolve this error made by DMG themselves. However, they are just incapable or uninterested. I have never encountered such a poor response with standard reply - benefit denied by your insurance & to call them, this is frustrating when the issue can only be corrected by DMG’s Billing. It’s strange to have your customer & insurance company trying to sort it. Very poor customer service if at all any.

Why do I need to log into the app all the freakin time? Why can I just stay logged in and have my account secure with my Face ID or a PIN?
Then you have to wait for the stupid sms text to get in because apparently they can’t do 2 step authentication using an authentication app, which is far more secure then sms.
This is a waste of an app, you’re better off using the web version since you have to log in all the time anyways.
