Have been using app error free since inception. Recently I started receiving following error message “Request has timed out” with Okay button. Pressing okay does nothing, screen continues to display the error. Closing app and reopening error continues to display. Have deleted app multiple times and still get same message. Waited 2 days last time before reinstalling and appeared everything was okay. Once I tried to go to different account, received the time out error message again with same issues. The automated chat is of no use. I ended up using the Internet version of app on phone.

Not enough information meaning during a transfer from savings to checking you have to go back make sure you have correct account before transfer does not give dollar amounts so I know exactly what I’m doing. Statements you Cannot tap on check for more information like who the payment really went to. Not as user friendly or as much information that I require to do my on line banking………. It needs an immediate update with elders senior citizens in mind.

I like it for the most part but with the old version you could click on the transaction and see more information about it but with this one you can only do it if it’s a check.

GTE has been having a lot more issues lately. I have contacted tech support a couple of times but the issues always seems to return about a week later.

I have been a member of the this app CU since 1982 ( before it merged with Florida Power CU). I’ve used their services to buy cars, trucks, boats and other toys. I doubt that I’ll check out using any other financial institution.😊

GTE stopped working on my iPhone several weeks ago. Constantly receive message “request has timed out”. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled GTE several times. I’ve also called and had a ticket open. Please fix GTE. I can’t do my online banking through the mobile web since bill pay isn’t available there. So frustrating.

I didn’t know where or how to pay my credit card from my checking account, I finally found it, but it seemed confusing to me at first. I found it and it’s all good!!

There are features in GTE that are unlike any other bank. I have a BOA account and like the this app mobile experience much more. Love my credit union!

Whoever wrote GTE should be fired . You can’t do anything at all with it. Can’t change your payment menthod , can’t change payment date . Can’t at another bank acct . It’s terrible and calling the actual bank doesn’t get you very far either .

The fact you have to use a separate app to deposited a check remotely and it’s very difficult to capture the picture of the check. Took me way to many attempts and a huge waste of time.

GTE will no longer open on my iphone. It states, “Notice your request has timed out”. I tried shutting down my phone and deleted GTE . It still doesn’t work after reinstalling it. Can someone please help look into this? Thank you!

I have been having this problem since the new app has come out. I have called the bank phone number and they have no solution for me. I had no problem with the old app.

GTE makes all transactions a breeze. Thank you!

App won’t select an account on the first two to three try’s.

Very easy to navigate. I love it!

I love the new interface and the fact I can now include messages when I transfer funds but I think the fact I need the Deposit 2 Go app to make mobile deposits is absolutely ridiculous, especially since the prior app, this app Mobile for iPhones allowed you to use it as a one stop shop. The fact that I have to have multiple apps to get the most out of the this app experience is frustrating and makes me want to look something else for the convenience factor. Come on this app, it’s 2020! One app for all features!

So fast and well designed. Love that is used default style (dark mode). Being able to grab my card info for an online purchase meant I didn’t have to run to the other room for my wallet, cool stuff!
