Not enough information
Not enough information meaning during a transfer from savings to checking you have to go back make sure you have correct account before transfer does not give dollar amounts so I know exactly what I’m doing. Statements you Cannot tap on check for more information like who the payment really went to. Not as user friendly or as much information that I require to do my on line banking………. It needs an immediate update with elders senior citizens in mind.

App Doest Work
This app stopped working on my iPhone several weeks ago. Constantly receive message “request has timed out”. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. I’ve also called and had a ticket open. Please fix this app. I can’t do my online banking through the mobile web since bill pay isn’t available there. So frustrating.

App from the dark ages .
Whoever wrote this app should be fired . You can’t do anything at all with it. Can’t change your payment menthod , can’t change payment date . Can’t at another bank acct . It’s terrible and calling the actual bank doesn’t get you very far either .
