It just keep loading without signing in

You could pay your credit card bill through your debit card form another bank. Now you can’t, my bank , Adib isn’t listed, and worse of all you can’t find a sensible human to have a talk with.

The application is not working after the update !!!

How can this bank possibly use such amateur snd lousy app!!!
Invest a little only a little and develop something useful

App not signing in. Cant see statement on web. Cant log in on app. Zero access to my credit card statement ! If your not ready to launch, you shouldn't have blocked our access on the web as well !!!!! Im canceling my card

DubaiFirst does not work at all. Just to login is a pain. Messages have multiple errors. Can’t access the statements. Impossible to use properly the service and even do the payments on time. Will definitely cancel my cards there and I don’t recommend it at all.

Obviously, this was not fully designed, developed or even properly tested!!!!

And the sad thing is that the online website does not exist any longer. So you are forced to use this amateur App.

Many options, once selected, will log you out from DubaiFirst totally!!!

The Registration process asks for creating a password of a MINIMUM of 8 characters, yet the logging-in process only allows for JUST 8 characters !!!

So if your created password is 9 or 10 characters... good luck, you will waiting for ever, not knowing what is going on.

No option to view your older statements from your older cards.

I can go on and on and describe other major faults in detail.

Bring back the online website until DubaiFirst is really developed.

App keeps crashing, majority of the time it shows rewards not available.
Very basic app compared to other banks

WARNING EVERYONE: they will tell you to get a credit card for free then they impose the fees on you , the agent who promoted and gave me the credit card told me it was free .. after I got the card they imposed 450 fees on me .. totally deceiving and manipulating customer .. I will never recommend this bank or service

First off I’m one of those rare people that want to check the balance of my credit card transactions as I spend money. With FAB this is impossible. DubaiFirst regularly shows an incorrect balance. I keep track of every amount I spend and when I notice it doesn’t match what is in the banking app I reconcile down to the fil only to find I haven’t missed any transactions and I can’t match the balance. I then call customer support only to find there are some hidden amounts that I will only see when the monthly statement is issued. This has happened multiple times.

So in summary the one thing you expect a banking app to have is correct information - not the case with DubaiFirst.

For last few weeks, DubaiFirst detects my phone as a new device and wants to validate everything all over again. Already did that twice this week. Wish you guys test properly

The worse credit card I’ve ever owned. Charged over 70 dirhams a month for insurances I did not sign up for (except it was buried in the application). Called and cancelled...”no record.” Request a refund after the second charge...”we’ll refund your money, if you spend 1,500 dirhams in the next month or take a cash advance with a 3% fee. Crazy. Extortion.

I've called the call center and asked them to cancel because of the hefty annual charge, especially it doesn't come with any extra service whatsoever. I was then told that bank will waive the fees if I do a min spend of 5k the next month. Few months they charge my card annual fees just the same. It's a ripoff

Since The new updates, whenever i login the dubai first app, it is asking to go through the complete process again saying this is new device you login from? i have to repeat every time i have to login. because of this I cant keep track, I cannot use this card anymore

It is very hectic and inconvenient. what are apps for?

I like DubaiFirst ok but EVERYTIME I go to use it it needs to be updated. It’s so annoying. Please spread your update releases so it’s not so often.

Notifications are not consistent. Had to delete and reinstall several times

App has been came up with new features and nice to use
