Whatnot Status

My app is working fine, it’s just that my sound is not working on the app. It was working fine just last night.

My Whatnot app won't let me enter giveaways. I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app. And tried all the troubleshooting techniques to try and correct the situation. And still no change. What can be done to resolve this? Thank you. Sincerely Michelle Bation

Everytime I try to open the app on my phone it crashes. I even uninstalled and reinstalled and it is still doing it. I currently have to watch on the computer and it sucks.

When I enter an auction, I can hear the auction but I cannot see it. I also cannot see the 'Giveaway' button. The screen is black. I can only see the chat. This was not happening until yesterday (7/21/23). I have uninstalled and re-installed the app and turned the phone on and off, but I still can't see the auction; the top half of the screen is black, but I can see the chat below it.

Hi! My stories does not work. It doesn't give me the option to add words or anything to the photo and then when I post it the post disappears.

I try to bid on something, and every time I get a Opps something went wrong message.

what not is not working ... the chat is not loading..

It wont connect when fire up the app. It just "oops something went wrong" Wont connect at all very depressing wanted to help support my small streamer pal :(

I my phone died I had to get off my live or end my... and I'm trying to pop back on like I promised everybody and I can get on everything else but to add a live stream it will not let me start it again it just freezes the whole entire thing

Hi Whatnot, my name is Sherri Birkland my husband's name is Duane Birkland. I love whatnot I amon it a lot. I have a problem. When I go into any store my name pops up like it's supposed to. But mine all of a sudden keeps popping up right after another. I'll have 50 Sherri Birkland entered. How can I stop it from repeating.

I bought three teams in a break from packrippin101 on 8/11/22, breaker never said payment failed, ripped a 75 years of curry for me along with a purple Kuminga , everything was kosher until I visited his next break the following day and he told me in stream that I had payment error, never mentioned anything the day I bid and won not one but three teams (Cavs, Spurs, warriors). Then he blocked me for congratulating him on his $1k+ card that he led me to believe was mine. I was not nasty, I was not spamming, and I didn't realize I was banned until much later in the night, when I tried to Google info on packrippin101. I find it odd I've bought multiple breaks with same payment information and no errors UNTIL I pulled a significant card from packrippin101. I feel foul play is afoot.

I have the whatNot app and every show that I open shows “auction ended” and will not allow me to bid. I have logged out, logged back in, closed/restarted app, closed/restarted phone, and even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. My user name is Lane_codyy for reference. Thank you.

The time remaining to buy any product does not display on the screen always says 00:00

If I start a item at 3 dollars its only letting people bid 5 or 10 same no matter what the starting price is its not starting at price inputed

My phone glitches hardcore when in a sellers room. The chat and giveaways flicker really bad and sometimes make it impossible to enter a bid or enter a giveaway. I have reset the app, reset the phone, and cleared the data but the longer I use it, the more consistent the issue has become. It also makes my phone really hot at times.

It keeps asking me to fill out the application repetitively after I've already filled it out and did everything

What not is so glitchy. I can hear just fine but the video feed freezes and is choppy to the point that I can't really tell what they are selling. Also when this happens I don't get a bid button. Just one saying the previous auction has ended, and who won. So frustrating. I can go to any other platform like Youtube and watch live streams or surf or do whatever online with zero issues. But whatnot seems like it is glitchng all the time.

Can't post anything for sale because it keeps saying "Oops, Something Went Wrong."

I would like to delete my account how would I go about doing that
