How to fix Curtsy app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Curtsy app on iPhone
Update Curtsy app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Curtsy iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Curtsy on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Curtsy network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Curtsy Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Curtsy not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Curtsy App
1. On android, goto Settings » Curtsy » click [Force Stop]

Update Curtsy to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Curtsy App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Curtsy » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Curtsy.

Fix Curtsy unable to contact server/ Curtsy internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Curtsy » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Curtsy » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
